We lost our morning there for nothing ! I came at 10:40 as they told me on phone to see the pedetrician. I waited 1h20 for them to « find » my insurance and once they finally find it, they told me we have to wait 1h, 1h30more in sitting area, crowded with sick people … of course we left !

Its new opened in Rak. Top friendly and professional staff. I visited Dr Rabie orthopedic He is very kind and could diagnose very well.

Im so disappointed of the service in the hospital, your DOCTORS TEAM ARE THE BEST, But the RECEPTIONS and NURSES TEAM are really unprofessional and they dont even know what they doing ... in one word I would say its a SHAME !

There are many redeeming factors especially in terms of the cleanliness and quality of the facilities. One main issue that was unacceptable is the long wait between my arrival to when I was finally seen. I called ahead to inform them I would be slightly late to which they were very understanding. Only to arrive and wait for over an hour which is to be expected at other substandard clinics.Good healthcare should be matched with good customer service

Dr Hiba pediatrics was a life saver for my infant. If it was not for her we would be in a different situation. Hands down the best pediatrics specialist in the UAE. Very very.very knowledgeable and humane. Examine my son for hour and not 3 minutes as others did in rak.Followed up after referral and was compassionate and gave the right meds again and again. She was a god sent to us and the only truly US standard pediatrician in the clinics in all the UAE. And this is no exaggeration I am a doctor and I know what I am saying . Im really disappointed with the services and especially how Emirates Clinics RAK Julphar Tower they careless about their patients. As whole all staff is inexperienced, delayed in appointment time, delayed in reports and after the test they never update you with reports. Poor and pathetic services and commitments.I never recommend you guys...!! 😒😡

One of the most clean and luxurious clinics I’ve ever seen. It’s like a five stars hotel which is supported with professional team who are very kind and helpful. They are presenting the top service level with continuous smiles, very important and experienced doctors graduated by very famous important universal universities.Tow waiting zones provided with comfort seats and big LED TVs and free coffee machine. Clean quite neat. Arabic & English & Urdu languages available. Finally prices are affordable even for those who doesn’t have insurance. Important pharmacy.

One of poor service hospital i have seen i UAE. No lab, No XR in the clinic where other hospital has. Staffs are very rude specially in receptionist fat lady. Not supportive at all. After blood simple 3-4 days needed to get result where other hospital can get maximum 1-2 hours. Never ever visit again. I share my experience also to my colleagues, friends and relatives not to visit there. Very very very very Poor service.Only Dr. Emad. He is very professional and good doctor there.
