This location has great variety. If you go to stores like these in other countries you may be use to workers knowing the products and them being able recommend items for you. Dont expect that here. The best they can do is look in the system but that doesnt tell you much about the taste and quality of the product. So if youre not sure and youre trying a new drink then Google. The prices are fair market price. They do have good sales throughout the year. I do like shopping here every once and a while. The workers are very helpful with helping you with your items to your car if youre a woman. So I love that. They workers are also very friendly.

Amazing! Truly the best place to buy liquor in the UAE. Located just south of Ras Al Khaimah, its a little over a 1 hour drive north from Downtown Dubai but worth the time. Prices for liquor in Dubai are unreasonable and the local shops require a license (membership) fee yearly. The prices and selection at Al Hamra Cellar are amazing and they provide great service, no license or membership is required and they always have specials deals going on, highly recommend!

Medium sized place with rather good selection of wines. They have few things not available in other stores like for example Suze. Not a place to buy cognac though. Overall very good and worth visiting.

Ordered through online. After few hours got a call to collect. Went there to collect and found that there is no proper delivery system. The guys are keep pointing others and waited for a long time to collect the order. Item was already there near the cash counter and the guy loaded in to the trolley and handed over to us.while loading in to the car noticed that, some ordered items are not there. Again went inside to collect the balance items.Overall not a good experience.

There are wide varieties of rose red and white.On this March 2021 Friday and Saturday they have special promotion going on for glenLevit where they engrave names or messages on the bottles with no extra cost.We had to try it.Also surprisingly there is discount 10% on wines and spirits and 5% on beer cartons and boxes with Emirates platinum card /APC.The service and the staffs are great too.

A seriously poorly managed operation. Ordered click and collect, order misplaced, not packed. one day after online payment. 03 phone number not answered (ever) 08 number eventually answered, asked to hold, gave up after 10 minutes of holding with no one there. Half of the order which was paid for not available for collection, refund after 4 working days. Loads of poor Filipino attitude, both instore and on phone. AVOID if you can, Barracuda a much better run business, with way more choice and better prices.

It is set away from the main roads and is quiet. One can get alcohol produce from all over the world, from the ordinary to the elite stuff. You definitely need a shopping cart to go around; youll end up buying so much! The store is very well laid out and has several offers. Prices are cheaper than elsewhere. Service is excellent and they do have a loyalty program.

This cellar has a wide range of stock. The hitch was that the items on sale were not updated on their micros. Had it not been for my friend who bought the same bottle of wine as I did, I would not have notice that the cashier punched in the regular prices of the items I bought.I took a while at the till since we had to go where the bottles were displayed for the cashier to see the price difference.I was kind of down hearted!

Fantastic value for money, lots of special offers and rewards based on what you spend. Great service too. I collected an order placed and paid for in advance. It was ready when I arrived and the staff loaded it into the car for me.

They promise 20 dhs reward when particating in a survey but when you reach the store they dont deduct it and offer you instead wine. False advertising. Should be followed by the authorities.Checkout during busy times is horrible slowly.
