Food was really good especially their lamb and the staff service was really good, cant remember his name but seems like its the manager, he was in white shirt and came to us many times to check if everything was good. highly recommended !

Dining at Zaitouna House was a moderate experience. To begin with, the location next to the sea was magnificent  and the lack of crowd around the area made the experience peaceful. After taking our seat, we were offered a variety of starters including pickles, olives, and Arabic bread which was nice. We ordered a mixed platter of different kinds of meat that was supposedly for 2 people, we found that the portions were very small for the price we paid. On the other hand, the food was very tasty and prepared very well, the hummus with meat and the meat platter were good as but the prices leaned more towards the expensive side with the portions being very small.The service was decent, as many of the time we had to call one of the servers over to our table to do tasks such as take our order, and clean the tables, which should be done automatically.

Loved the ambience in this place and is located beside the sea. Good place for fine dining. I tried the hummus and kebab platter. Loved the hummus and kebab was good. Overall a good experience at the restaurant. I sat outside the restaurant enjoying the cool weather at night.

I went to Baitouni restaurant Marjan Island Resort and Spa on my Birthday Dinner and the restaurant did everything to made my dinner memorable. I was so pleased to see the view from Restaurant and it is right on the corner of Sea. They have some serious number of seating available at there restaurant. They have outdoor & Indoor set up. They have genuine Lebanese food and taste was amazing, I loved kebabs, hummus, grilled, and the most authentic Fattoush. If you are looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine in Ras Al Khaimah or Marjan Island then pay a must visit there guys. I highly recommend them for such a nice cuisine.

We had our Lunch here today as guests of the Hotel we decided to give Zaitouna House a try. Im a big fan of Lebanese cuisine and the mixed meat platter we had was fantastic apart from the beef which was a little bit chewy but all in all a good experience. However I can confirm another review here which says that the staff lacks a little bit of attention for their guests. The waiters are very nice and friendly all together but always walking past you without looking at you. We were sitting a little bit further down the guest room and after we done our food we waited for around 15 minutes to pay our bill but no one looking at us so we decided to just proceed to the counter for payment. Again the waiters were friendly and served us quickly whenever we catched their attention. 4 stars here.

Poor service from start to finish. Waited 15 minutes after being seated to get the QR menu code. Then they got the order wrong after another 20 minutes of waiting & said it would take another 20 minutes to get the order we placed to begin with. The food that eventually arrived was ok. I wouldn’t recommend it. Not good value for money

Today l went to zaituna restaurant for dinner,their food is good but;staff is really really RUDE!!Racist cause of my wife philipino. first thay want to give us table from back side of resto,then l said can we seat window side he dont want to give, then l didnt order and leaveEven resto is empty just 2 table was have customerI hope resto management or hotel management will take care of itWe are not asking free food !!just like everyone will eat and pay why thay are racist? and treating bad to customers??I was give 4* l wish l can make it zeroI know marjan hotel management always nice staff too. but their resto is being RACIST!!!

Quality of the food is awesome. Ambience is very nice with a good view of the island. Staff is very friendly and active, specially Andy was very attentive and served us well.Highly recommend this place to have a cool evening!!

Good food, I world have loved it too be warmer. The cafeteria feel was a bit of a set back and they pushy server who wanted to write a review for me, not good.I would go back, the fresh pita was great, next time I will sit in the patio.

My experience was overall okay, staff was generally not that helpful, a waiter dropped half my coke on the table and did not offer to replace it, the food was okay too. Id recommend their cold mezza, cheese fatayer as well as beef kebab. However the sujok, chicken wings provencal and chicken liver had a very rancid flavor and smell, not edible at all.

Ordered mix grill. First of all it is more expensive then other restaurants here. That’s why we chooses this place to get something quality but we got nothing for that money. No bread, no salad, no Hommous, even no plastic crockery !!! Kebab seems not fried enough. Totally disappointed

My favorite restaurant. Very tasty food. I love Lebanese cuisine since Moscow. There I went to the Phoenix restaurant. Everything is always fresh, portions are large, almost all the menu is Lebanese cuisine. Delicious and favorite dessert Om Ali. Very nice sea view from the restaurant, there is an outdoor one. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset.

Coming from Belgium with French friends, we discovered this great Lebanese restaurant, warmly welcomed by Ismail who is of Moroccan origin, he advised us very well on the choice of meat and other specialties. If you are looking for a restaurant where you will not be disappointed it is good here, you have found yourself at home, so a big thank you again to Ismail for all.

I only went once for the time being. I would like to emphasize the cuteness rather than the quality of the food (I tried some shrimp in a little spicy tomato sauce which were not bad). The waiter brought bread, olives, almonds and cucumbers like snacks without us asking and in the end they offered us fruit and sweets. However the location is nice in the Marjand Island hotel complex in the Emirate of Rak.

I thank Mr. Jamil for the warm welcome and I noticed that the restaurant is much better than before in the quality of the food and I hope to continue to the best and it is now the best restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah from experience.
