Very very BAD and TERRIBLE service. After giving them items to get it cleaned they completely ruined it. The Manager is ghosting me and never showed up to arranged appointments. Also he blocked my number and is hiding behind his poor staff in order to be out of reach. Never found this behaviour before. Better i have read before the negativ comments and warnings here at google. Then i would never go there and used them and be warned. They keep the items until today and changing their mind everyday. An absolut No Go how they act with customers and clothes.

Terrible customer service. They simply ignore you and do not reply to your enquiries .I used their service before. Was pleased with the service however it took 6-8 weeks to get my shoes back.I will take my business elsewhere where the customer is respected and appreciated.

Awful. Gave them my duvet. It took 2 days longer than they said and the duvet STINKS. I dont know what they use to wash it. Smells like cat piss or something. Disgustung. Now i need to find another drycleaner to get rid of the smell. Its a new duvet as well!....I wrote the review later that doesnt mean i left the duvet in the packaging for 2 weeks. And if you are aware of the horrible smell then you should warn customers to remove the clothes immediately or they wont be able to wear them! Or just dont put the clothes into this horrible packaging

WORST SERVICE EVER!I gave them my Fendi bag to change the color of it and clean it (My bag is Purple with soft skin *lamb skin) they returned it to me black as I wanted but its not soft anymore! It’s rough in-fact.Another thing is my Hermes slipper I gave them to restore the sole of it. Originally the sole is black so they colored it black and when I wear it now my feet stays black!Horrible service and materialCheap color!Oh and also, when you contact them on WhatsApp they read and ignore

Despite the other customers review, I found this place is providing excellent service, they repaired my chanel bag and some other shoes professionally. I highly recommended to use bianco bag spa to revive your high end brands bags and shoes.

I am new to Al Hamra and will use the service every weekI called to arrange pick up of 10 items. I was told 830pm. I waited and waited. So I sent a what’s app message ( read and no reply). I sent another message ( ignored). I called again next morning ( no answer.)I am Surprised because every one else rated them a five. Perhaps it’s a bad day. I will give 1 more try

Really BAD experience and service. They dont care about customer satisfaction and they deleted my comment on instagram when i posted in 1 minute because they were ignoring my complaint by phone and WhatsApp. It seems that they have time to post pictures and delete comments on social media but they dont have time to follow up with customers!!The service took about 20 days for two shoes with really bad quality service!They claim that they will provide a specific service but it ends up with something different!NOT recommended

This company seems dont like to work 😡Called them for delivery laundry service, first time no one picked up call, than when they picked up they told me yes we do I will call driver and he will call you. They didn’t asked for my address and no one called me back.

Terrible experience with bianco. They ruined the outfit and upon asking for fixing it they refused and not compensating. The manager kept lying that it’s not their mistake. LIARS
