As a fact, i am a regular customer of malabar gold Jewellery.For a change i went to rak joyalukkas Jewellery to buy a bangle around 9.45 pm on 14.10.2020.but i am really disappointed their service.Nobody receiving even we stand 5 -10 minutes. They dont care about us.While came out from the shop also there is no sound. Really bad experience. This single star also given for comments post purposely.

They will take care only big customers...very bad services for normal customer.

Wow, This was only my second visit to Joyalulkas and I could able to spot the difference in their customer service. Their staffs are very professional. Surprisingly the salesman remember me even my visit to thier Rak store was before 3 months 😊. The pricing was very reasonable and they had good collection.I had some bitter experiences with some other jewellers in the past and from now on Alukkas would be my only option.
