Service is on a super low level. Waiters do not know the menu. When you ask to bring coffee bedore meal its not done, plates are not cleaned timely. Turkish coffee is disguisting, bitter-sour. Cheese in the salad is so salty, that it spoils the whole dish. Ravioli were good. Fittuccini were late, my friend had been served when other guests at the table finished their dishes.

I had a craving for some Italian food today and the 1st restaurant that popped into my head was IL Forno. Its one of my favourite restaurants and they are in Manar Mall too. Welcomed by a friendly host to a beautifully decorated interior. They had many good art works and the light background music will make anyone relax and enjoy their food. Good hygiene. And the staffs were friendly and so nice to me.There is a variety of drinks and food to choose from. And thanks to Ms Jessa for helping me choose from the many dishes. I had their Penne Del Mari which is shrimp in mixed sauce , sun dried tomato , white bechamel and mozzarella cheese. It was a real treat to my taste buds , cheesy and rich with flavours. For drinks I chose Blue Moon which is a blend of blueberry , orange, mango and kiwi. Its was soo refreshing and had a unique taste. Atlast for dessert I chose Strawberry Cheese cake.Overall I had a wonderful dinner with IL Forno I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who wish to have some good taste of Italian cuisine. And I hope visit there again soon.

This resturant provide wide collection of the italian food, I tried many plate, I tried 3 plates, I liked the pizza it was proffecinal made. I tried the coffee but it was less than simple.The prices were acceptable ( cash and credit acceptable)The staff were nice but seemed on hurry.The location in the mall food court...an annoying place.Generally it was not bad...

The worst order since a long time, I received the pizza in a missy saggy not appealing way. It is really disappointing as I didn’t expect such low level of service from IL Forno. I ordered from Talabat. The issue was not in the packaging alone, it was with the pizza itself too. Come on guys this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. The whole ingredients were melting in a very saggy way.

Visited on the way home from RAK, such an absolute gem. Beautiful branded set up (even the napkins have the legendary IL Forno logo). We had the fettuccini alfredo and a risotto, both exquisite. But above all of this came the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. We will be back!

I had a lovely lunch here the other day. The menu was surprisingly tight and not what I expected and was excellently prepared. Flavourful, and the kids loved the kids menu. Will definitely return here.

The food is very good..I tried Alfredo and Roma pizza, it was very good..but the service on Friday was very bad. They brought two dishes by mistake to our table and when we took the parcel they put food other than ours inside the plate.During the week the service is very good I tried it also on Sunday and the service was more than great
