Please do read my experience before making your decision.Yasmin Village is a beautiful community with pleasant surroundings and views and in reality that’s the only thing good about the community.The management of the community is a nightmare to deal with.In my one year of living there, I have been through worst of the situations. Ive had gutter water gushing in my apartment and I am not the only one who had such experience. The buildings overall are not in the best state and the build quality isnt that great either.All of the above issues are manageable if you are getting apartments on low rents but it’s the policies of them that make you go crazy.When I moved into my apartment the made an inspection tour for it and handed over me the apartment, but when it was my turn to hand over the apartment to it they went into such cheap tactics and details that I felt terrible.E.g. the guy who came for inspection checked every socket, checked every hinge of the kitchen cabinet, almost had his head put inside the W.C. and only God knows what else they were testing.At move out, they would charge you for the fullest they would charge you for the things that you didn’t even know existed in the apartment and they would charge you for the repair of those things.I would again say it’s a beautiful place but please do take extra caution when dealing with their management. Keep everything documented. If possible take pictures of every inch of the apartment before you move in. You would need it when you leave the apartment.
