If I could give them 0 star. I have waited 3 hours just to get a signature and stamp from the department which I have visited. Pooooor service ..... ๐
Bad experience. it takes ages to attest the tenancy contract and no one cares even on the website it says 2 hr.
I have been calling daily for the past 4 weeks during working hours. Noone has ever picked up the phone except for this one time - when a lady answered and said I will put you on hold and then hung up. Ive also written multiple emails with no response. I live in Dubai so i wanted information before getting an expensive taxi ride there to make sure they have the services I require. Very unprofessional.

Marhaba. Around 12 o clock in the noon Ive been trying to reach this place by the phone, 15 minutes of waiting made me finally realise that there is an organisation, but no one are ready to help you. Even online they are performing some tech works and some of their(lets say Major for me)services are unavailable. Just why? Why are you so useless?
Since #covid19 situation , the institution got poor service . Is it closed and advice the public to contact through provided numbers .However it does not respond , the call itโs been rang for the last one hour without attending and the email wasnโt replied .Online services too bad .It needs to improve the poor services , we are stuck with the paper work !!!

I have Higher Secondary School Certificate, Diploma in IT, Certificate in IT, and MCSE 2012 server training Certificate.I can speak Urdu, Pashto, and English. I am on a 3 months visit visa in Ras al khaimah.Only one month is left....looking for any suitable job

Honesty two years ago, I was evaluating the municipality (โญ๏ธโญ๏ธ), describing the services as (illness). But today, we see that services have evolved for the better to a certain extent. We hope all employees and supervisors of this department will continue to provide the best services to the residents of the emirate.
A model for smart electronic government with splendor in performance and speed of completing transactions accurately, screen and professionally for all staff and there is no favorability in submitting applications only I go towards the inquiry section and they are the coolest and best in performance and I say to them God bless you and you and all the Emirates
