Very very bad service, we bought a bed and later discovered that it was only two legs instead of four, and it broke because its wood is fragile, and when we contacted them, no one answered

A very very very bad staff behavior, attitude as well as orders not on time, drivers not respecting customers and shouting on them, no action taken from call center. Timing very bad, giving time and coming very late.

What a very very very bad support, after sale and management they have!! Their problems are the team and management do not know what is going on in the field, and they never respect their promises. Once you have a problem with their product only after few months of using it, then you will suffer and suffer and suffer. My advise just avoid even thinking of them as an option. It has been over one month after I reported matress broken and I am suffering till this moment.Unfortunately theres no zero star to give. BTW, their receptionist didnt allow me to take their company GM number to speak with and she only gave me RAK branch whom keep promising and never respect too, so I refused to speak to him because I dont want to waste my time and get a high blood pressure..Update: they came to take it and gave me a temporary matress until they fix it in 2 days as they promised... the replacement matress is very very very hard to sleep, anyway, their 2 day promise went to hill! Its been 2 weeks till now. This is just to prove to all they have have less than zero after support, once you get a problem with the product you buy, then you will be in trouble and will realise the value of my feedback. its been now around 2 months with my problem, and even I contacted their higher management since one week with no reply!! This is my experience I wanted to share with you, the decision.

They offer customized furniture as per customer demands too.Conveniently located in Nakheel main road.Revised review 2 September of 2021The quality is really really not upto the mark. The after sale service is pathetic too. I purchased 3 matresses of the premium Florida type which have 25 years guarantee, they are also highly priced...I expected those to last for at least 3 or 5 years. However after the first year itself I started having issues as in the matresses have hollow areas on the side-they lost shape. When i told them they hesitantly took it back after 3 to 4 weeks of continuous follow up- but what i received turned out a cheap temporary fix without any quality standards adhered to or even considered.I do not recommend this store if you are looking for stringent quality and great after sales service....

One of the best furniture store in Ras Alkhaimah they are very helpful, have a very good quality and materials for every thing, I really recommend them

Very bad after sales .. very bad dealing .. the worst quality in products at UAE.After 7 months with hardly use of their sofa it was damaged again and they tell us no warranty... at the first time they repaired it only.And they keeps me without sofa for one week.
