Avoid this branch! Terrible customer service! Second visit to replace a faulty item which they told me would be in stock by a certain date, no communication between staff, No sense of urgency, majority of staff just ignore your presence even when you ask them for help. Lack of customer care on two separate visits, you will wait at least 20 minutes before the issue is dealt with. I will not be returning to this branch, other Home centres are not like this.

One of the worst Customer service ! I ordered stuff to collect them from this store. It took more than 10 days and one item was broken, and they refused to return it! The man kept on saying this order was placed online and it’s not our fault ! Seriously?!! Isn’t it the same company?? Worst service ever !

Worst customer service ever.. when you reach them for replace or return they act dead .. even though it’s written in the invoice that return can be done within 14 days.. so they keep ignoring you, your calls, your visits until they can say ooh 14 days has passed.. bad experience bad service bad products .. this will be my last purchase from there..
