Tried this Burger King 👑 in Al Hamra Mall on our visit to Marjan Islands, inspite being busy the service was very good, quality of the burgers were better than usual. Friendly and professional staff, good location in the food court.

Good deals on meal. Tasty burgers.

Not able to read the menu as I have a sight problem, asked for a menu by hand and they didn’t have it. Cashier lady instead said this is the menu without offering to read it out and was very rude.

Rude behaviour of all staff members

Who let me keep waiting for more than 5mins, because hes on the phone and he just looked at me and didnt tell me anything. Then i ordered 15dhs(3pcs chicken meal with drinks and fries), with additional sides and dessert. He nods and told me it is 12 dhs. oh, okay and i agreed to him. When my order is already prepared. Im looking for my drinks and he told me. There are no drinks, it is 12 dhs. Told him why the ad is 15dhs then with drinks and end up telling me its 15 not 12. How unaccomodating he was and disrespectful to the customer. He just asked me 3dhs for the drinks. But even the receipt was not given, until i asked. Very unprofessional, arrogant style of accommodating customer.Quite upset with it. Ive attached my receipt on this review.

Nice burger, but the staff forgot to put the kids meal, and i have to drive back to collect it

One of the female staff was very rude . She didn’t even know how to talk to small kids . Extremely rude .Highly disappointing. I reported to the assistant manager as well. Her behaviour looked racial towards my small kid .

Ordered the food to be picked up.I receive the message the order is ready for pickup.My wife reaches the place 5 minutes later and the order is still in preparation...In the meantime I receive the phone call for the delivery of the food...Are we a little bit confused dear Burger King???

Very poor service from some of staffs. There is no token system for our order. There is no control in serving our ordered items (missed ordered items) in rush hour. But some staffs are cop up with these mismanagement wisely.Service staff needs to improve a lot more.

Amazing! Everyone was so friendly and always smiling and the service was very quick.

Veg. Paneer burger 🍔 is available here for vegetarian. You must try.
