Been trying to contact on the phone number provided, but was not able to get in touch with anybody. Tried dialing a hundred times and no answer!

Im impressed by their service rendered, quick and 110% quality work.

It took them 4 weeks to reformat my Lenovo laptop, claiming they were waiting for parts. Yet all they did, as mentioned on the service report, is restore windows to factory reset... (I could have done that myself), and no parts are needed to do a factory reset!So besides the fact that it took 4 weeks, they lied about why it took so long. Instead of lying, they should have apologized.I had to call them twice to ask where my laptop was! Horrible service.I hope I never have to use their service again. But if I do, Ill write an update here.
