Ok…. I did not want to write but here was something which I could not resist. I had been a regular customer of this Superb store . I moved to UAE 3 years back and ever since my all the electronic gadgets were purchased from them as they are the nearest store here . I bought so much from them but never without a discomfort which I tried ignoring a few times . But they crossed all the limits of being unprofessional . I bought PS5 from them ( newly launched) in bundles and they made to wait for 1 month to complete that bundle thing for which I paid in advanced. I asked for a CD which was not available at that time , then I asked if I buy another one and can exchange once desired one is received. They affirmed and handed over it to me . The very next day I went back and the guy refused to take it back …. Stating we will not accept as it is under copy right …. See I asked you before buying as I was not sure about the same . You said yes because you were desperate to sell. The manager had been very blunt and being dignified I had to keep that CD , this doesn’t end here when I booked the device I was told that it was bundled so I was supposed to buy accessories worth AED 1000 and I was allowed to choose any of the CDS so I chose a particular one but when it came for the delivery he refused to give me that in the bundle stating that it wasn’t the part of deal . I showed him the photos and chat for the reminder which made no difference on him and I had to pay additional AED 49 . It’s a big no to buy anything from him as they are not only unprofessional but liars of first degree.

Cool new option to get a screen protector for any phone for 105 dhs.Lifetime warranty for the phone, though everytime you change the screen protector you need to pay 20 dhs.

Unprofessional staff. I had a very bad experience they brake my ipad after applying the screen protector and didn’t take the responsibility if what they cause and even the supervisor was a big liar he told me to go for 1/2 hour to solve my problem and just left befor i came back and when i called him he told me it is not our responsibility. The worst shop and staff ever

Disrespectful staff and unprofessional.They apply screen protector and after 1 week it’s peeled off and we pay to expensive for that. WORST SHOP EVER

Do not let them sell you insurance. Do your research and get your own insurance.Also, customer service is gone after 4 or 5 pm.No refunds after two weeks - or exchanges.

Very bad service after purchase !!!When you want to buy from them, all staff look friendly but if you have a problem with a device after purchase, no one care about you and they just wants you to leave the shop.And dont believe their offers, extended warranties or damage warranty because there is hidden payment later.

No proper response from staff , when we are asking for product specification also they will not explain , just we need to go around and come back , guys if u aware for particular electronics u r gonna buy , u can go and take and bill without getting explanation , i have booked my laptop as they said that available in 2 days but i got my laptop after 4 days ... that too that one is first laptop in that particular brand ,...totally disappointed ... i dont get proper response also finally got my laptop after 4 days...

Employees speak different language in front of the customer, I understand what they say but I did not say anything thinking that Ill keep it for this review.Almost everything I wanted was out of stock.VIP card has no real valueStaff were not very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.Disappointed at how a premium place became like a normal supermarket feeling.

Full rated becoz of the brand quality and sales offer. My reason of a negative tone I mentioned is the offers are good , when choose a combo products offer pls check the price good . Single offers are amusing

They sell GoPro but do NOT sell super suit. And their staff didn’t have any idea of super suit as he heard ‘super suit’ and he asked me to speak in English.. I tried to explain the super suit is a special cover for scuba diving. But still I was treated as someone who doesn’t speak English. I was embarrassed as he treated me like a person who doesn’t speak English (I am working as a professional in English language) and who doesn’t look like to buy a GoPro or do Scuba diving. Anyhow, the manager confirmed that they (the Emax) don’t sell super suit. Thank you for clarification.

It does not worth even one star , very bad quality, impolite way of dealing with clients. I will never visit this store anymore. Feel sorry about my bad experience there.

If you approach the cell phone shelf, a seller immediately moves to the customer :-) not like in D where you first have to search for the appropriate shirt color. Ultimately, I was able to get a free memory card for a smartphone. When buying a cell phone in the Emirates, note that the prices are sometimes extremely lower than in Germany, but the large manufacturers only provide a guarantee within the Gulf States. So I would only buy an expensive Samsung or Iphone at home because of the warranty. Otherwise take a Continental adapter with you in the supermarket, because the chargers have English plugs :-)
