I encountered a cashier named Aboubaker he was extremely rude and racist. I politely requested two shoppers for my 6pcs of water so I can place it properly for my safety drive since I am using Electric Motorbike but instead of giving it to me he shouted on me saying I dont need it and I felt embarrassed. I feel like I have the right to ask this plastic shopper because I paid 112 AED and I think they will not bankrupt because I badly needed it for my convenience.Stop Racism! Respect all customer no matter what the race and color.I came to customer service but he just bribe me which is very un acceptable. It was happened September 13, 2021 9:05 pm. He needed to be retrained and you should give him supervision because he deal with people according to race.You broke my heart carrefour Al Naeem, Ras Al Khaimah

Great but rush and self payment points IN Manar Mall need improvement and dedicated team to avoid rush, also self scan devices not there and its mandatory

Bad warranty service I got scammed. I bought a webcam from them and it stopped working. Went there they were defensive and tried to justify a webcam that is worth nearly 200 dirhams claiming that its an accessory and wouldnt replace or even fix it. The webcam even had a tripod, a clip-on and a USB wire. How can an accessory have its own Accessories. I suggested to them that it was an electronic device but they just kept wasting my time. I was getting nowhere and I left. Till this day I stopped buying warranties and electronic devices from them. Beware.

Its a small Carrefour but less crowded and calm with almost all needful items are here but if you expect biryani or chicken fry or any other cooked items its not a good choice to shop here because the kitchen is small

Al Dhait standard carrefour experience. Meat section can be better and so does its bakery. As compared to Al Manar Mall the bakery here lacks the variety. Rest is great minus the organic section found in Dubai.

I purchase some fruits from Carrefour ncc when i reach home I took watermelon(when I take from Carrefour it was ok) for cleaning while cleaning I felt some mistake inside and I just cut into piece, I found that inside melon full of rotten and plenty of water.Next time please keep fresh melons or whatever

The vegetables and fruits are much higher prices and much less quality than other one in manar mall,which make me go to carrefour in manar mall every time for shopping

Not really hyper but big enough anyway.You find almost everything there for the daily needs.Unfortunately they have different prices to the other carrefour in manar mall...The naeem mall is big and have enough parking available and also working hours are very well.Meat section and dairy is a bit small but also have almost everything of basic things...Friendly staff.

Although a regular customer, but had a very bad experience today. the guard and the other staff at duty were really rude, in fact the guard started shouting at me when I asked him to stamp my invoice which is a requirement if you buy an electronic item. I was being treated as if I have stolen it, despite that I gave him invoice and the device to verify. I am really disappointed by the way even the sales supervisor behaved when I asked him to intervene. this happened at carrefour safeer mall RAK.

Staff didnt attend to me in a timely manner, I ended up leaving. I just wanted to keep my trolley with the customer service since it is not allowed to be taken inside, and although there was no que, no one cared to ask what is it that I want, and I didnt want to be rude and cut off someones service, but even after that customer was done, the staff didnt even give me a look as if they didnt want to bother.So I just left, very bad encounter.
