If I could give them zero stars I would. How can a company charge you 50% service charge and get away with it? Absolute scam. My water bill would be 60AED and the service charge would be 57AED, how is that a fair service charge? 5-10% would be reasonable but what they are charging now is not; unbelievable.

Utico fzc is actually a workshop which prepares and do the needful to their main plant which IWPP near to al hamra. Also make sure about their location because this guys have their so many plants and offices in RAK.

Very frustrating company. They wont give me back my original deposit because i have a digital copy of the receipt not the original tiny piece of paper from three years ago.
