You cannot ope. Driving file here now .everything is online after eye test you can go any typing center along with eye test.after that you have to take classes timings and next steps

Its not a good place. Theres no entrance for other peoples only file open holder inter inside..I bring my friend Dubai to ras al khaima. So where I can sit??Outside also no anything to sit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I must say it is one of the worst driving center once ever faced. First of all I gave assessment test and I got failed, then I requested for urgent they gave me two days date, now at the time of assessment test, instructor told me he cant take test because one need 5 days for the next attempt but after requesting to take test he neither answer me nor he said he cant and I failed again,then at the same time he promised me he will try to make next date ASAP and told me to come after 4-5 days , after I visited the staff were not there (according to them) they advised me to go to counter and take next date from them. Now when I visited there and after waiting for a long time ,now the counter staff advised me that the assessment counter is now changed I was frustrated and helpless. The next counter was full and I already got late to my office so I left with their mercy which I know many of trainees are suffering the same. I hope the officials will keep eye on them.

Only Booking Staff in Local Dress code is behaving politely and kindly.Very very very bad experience Never try this Center for Training... Assessment test staff is very rude... They will not let you pass even after 8 time you are being failed with no reason. Your Test doesnt matter because they are already prepared to fail to you. They will shout, they will discourage, if they want to fail they dont need your mistake they will find mistake in any how... in a time 40 candidate 0 is passed

Its a one of the best academy which is providing good knowledge in driving,road and safety.#Simply superb and staff also communicate with all the multitudes who are taking assessment test here in a good manner.

Got the theory lessons , trainer is good explained every single aspect of lesson .It’s compulsory to take first 2 days lessons here before the theory test.

Driving licence Theory test: there is no place to wait, you will have to stand in the hall till the examiner test people one by one.Not until the reception guy came to examine that the line started moving.

The worst customer service from reception to the top authorities.Everyone expects a better service from a institution like Saif al Belhasa.All they need is money nothing else, they don’t care about the customer satisfaction or improvement in service.So un-profesional staff in customer service doesn’t even have good communication skill.Even after receiving all these bad comments they are not ready to improve their service.Close this branch and give a training for all the staff..!!

Customer service is not good, I waited for 2hours after I getting token . They told me to bring the change for 20dhs I bought the change again waited for 2hours for my turn after I paid the bill they told me to come next day for the invoice, again I waited 2hours next day to get only the invoice. Really very slow service.

One of the Worst driving Academy in U.A.E. from staff to manager no professional . Very poor service. Rak Academy was ,much efficient than Belhasa.

Excellent service

People are made here to wait without any queue system. The staff at the reception processes applications without any queue. Affairs were efficient when the academy run by the RTA was much more efficient. Queue management is a must with so many applicants.

Its not theres a lot of people but since they prefer to provide Arabs service first and make others wait, it really becomes sad. Ive taken the token and waited but the partiality still continues.
