They do not close at 230 as posted on google maps and their timings on the front door. The security said they close at 130. I was lucky that an employee was leaving when I was there and he gave me a phone number to call. PLEASE list your correct timings on google. I left work early to come and was not able to get anything done.

Sorry to give 1 star.I came today but i was not allowed for the parking test even after showing DPI test for corona which i did yesterday at RAK. I was surprised that i wasnt aware that they only allow PCR test. I dont understand why these kind of important information dont get shared with the driving schools. I have seen many people like me who got suffered today and everyday someone or the other is getting sufferer. I request the respected authority to at least give the details to all the concerned schools.I was not informed that i only had to take PCR test otherwise i will not be allowed. I spent around 300 AED just in transportation to come from Dubai to RAK just for the test.If i would have known it earlier i wont be spending 50 aed for DPI test at RAK. I had seen people coming far from the places and they dont have enough money to spend in all such things.

You should have al hosn app installed on your phone and also negative pcr test updated, other wise cannot enter inside. Be careful guys

Worst Telephonic Customer and Worst Online Chat services ever by the Traffic and Licensing Department !Whenever I try to call and make a request or ask for any information, my call gets transferred and then no one answers my transferred call. No one, absolutely no one is available or willing to take the request call for providing any kind of assistance / guidance.Not everyone has the time and flexibility to visit the Traffic and Licensing dept. and that is why many people (like me) try to seek help through calls or online chat services.The customer care executive available on the online chat services simply provides the respective departments landline phone number - which is totally a waste of time, as one bothers to answer on calls.If the dept. is reading this review - piece of advice - make an effort to improve your telephonic and online chat services. At the moment these two services are of NO USE at all. No solution is provided to those seeking help and assistance through phone calls and online chat.

When you call someone picks up. You ask to get transfered to the drivers license department. They transfer you but nobody in that department ever answers. This has been going on for over a week now. Looking through the comments, I see its not just COVID-19 causing this. Similar comments go back at least a year. I just want to exchange my UK license!!!!

Well organised and smooth service once you have your paperwork correct. Most of the time people are queuing with wrong paperwork and slowing the process down. If you have the right paper you will get excellent service!

Any one renewing RAK licence can renew it online at moi app or website. This service is very useful and efficiently working. But you have to go to RAK for Eye test prior to apply for renewal.

Even during COVID-19 situation, services are provided at routine following the SOPs.If need to open new file for Driving License, you have to take Token around 6 AM to 7 AM. After this, no Token will be provided.File Charges for Light Motor Vehicle are AED 2600/- on Labor Visa. Normal Visa status Holders i.e. Engineer, Accountant etc. will be Charged around AED 1400/- including the Eye Test.Mukhalfa (Fine) is dealt with no wait time.Thermal Scanners are installed right at front of Entry Gate.Parking outside is Free and vast space available. I will recommend you to take some snacks and water bottle along as there are no Cafe or Restaurants nearby.Keep your Emirates ID/Passport along must. Office Timings are from 9 AM to 2 PM around.Good Luck !

Traffic & licensing services center, registration services for vehicles had been transfered to Tasjeel Village (suhaila) digdaga Area. The center only provides drivers licensing & traffic fines services including traffic road movement permits for heavy vehicles.

They are very helpful for me came from hatta side in ras al kheima , i am engineer here se they behave very good with me and give me permission for approval for license file
