Extremely poor. I sent the parcel to the India by paying the full amount for the parcel. while receiving the parcel in India, we are asked to pay the same amount again to receive the item. Better I should have sent the parcel through the private couriers.

Best thing is i cn visit after office hours as its open unti 8pm.

Yesterday, I received a letter sent to me by CBI last year (January 2020). The Bank wrote that my account was going to be closed on February 2020. I am glad that I had received an email from CBI about 450 days earlier, so I could travel to UAE to visit the branch and close my account. But it could have been a big issue if gmail did not exist by then. I am going to frame this letter as a good memory.
