If I had an option to give no star I would have given. RAK Bank is one of the worst bank in the world having horrible customer services. The most untrained staff is being hired to make customers experience and life like a hell.

You need to upgrade your ATM as DPM( deposit machines specifically in Sharjah sajja industrial area

Very bad bank service.im trying to apply one cheque book from 3 weeks, showing some errors in online banking application and exiting automatically, then i went to ATM there is also same error finally went to home branch there is more fun even they cant also process that. Very good bank service shameshame.

Rak bank worst and dissaster service I have seen in my lifeIm struggling from 6 month to get my extra money but 6 month I have received and each rak employee blaming others even collection dept same its totally useless
