I went to this shop to repair my HP laser Printer, after I saw high rating. Trust me the shop can be called anything but honest..First they asked me for 340 AED , and when I asked what is for .. they just it’s to change the gears.. I went on google and checked the price it’s no more than 45 AED!! After I confess them, they claimed that there other problems and they apologized for the wrong information.Second, they promised to repair the printer in two days.. and guess what they finished the work after 1 week!!Third, the printer is not fully repaired , and they damaged the screen!! (they claim to damage it and claim they changed not sure if this is true) the printing quality is still badForth, I asked before they even start working on the printer to not throw any damaged parts because I wanted to check the parts by myself and they agreed to that .. After they give the printer, I was surprised that they said that they kept the damaged parts in Dubai and didn’t bring it (tell me if you believe this) they asked me to give them some time to bring it from Dubai so I gave them 1 week , but they didn’t respond and do anything! Now After 1 month I still didn’t get my parts!!So delays + not being honest + didn’t repair the printer fully + no parts were given after waiting for a month!!

Honest Computer LLC, as the name states - are honest in their works with regards to the PCs and Laptops. In 2017, I purchased the Desktop PC second hand - it still works now. Recently, I took Laptop from them (New piece)- Lenovo Thinkpad. It works awesome. They understood my requirements and suggested accordingly.Do visit this place if you want to exchange your old PCs or Laptops - they will give their honest opinion.I do not mind paying extra for parts or products- it is because of their professionalism and Work ethics, I do not argue with.

I had a horrible experience with these people.Dont give ur valuable electronics to these guys . I have given my laptop to change my hard disk; They received payment for new disk and handed over to me.After few months it was working slowly. I have taken my laptop to another shop. Surprisingly it was found that the disk was refurbished one of 2014 and the invoice is showing another company disk without a serial number.Please dont cheat the customers like this.U might gain temporarily but u will lose long term.Poor service. Never recommend to anyone

These guys are criminals....all positive reviews are done by the empoyees and their friends....noone should ever go there to buy anything....i understand the value of money tgats why saying, i dont want anyone to face the worst experience i had there....they sell fake products......they will take you laptop for repair and will steal original products from it...will put fake products...

They charge more price for the parts. He took 130 dirams more when i compared online price. Dont trust on thier billing. Check online price before commiting with them or else visit some other shop

Wish I could give them a negative rating. Gave them my MacBook pro for data back up but they formatted my drive completely without even asking me. I ended up losing 200 gb of important work data because of them. Not only that they decided to lie to me by telling me that they couldnt backup and the drive is in the same state as before. Their technicians are highly unskilled.Its high time they should change their name to dishonest computers!!!

Fast service, very reasonable prices.

More like dishonest computers. Took my Mac air to these people to fix minor issue. The technician not only failed to take consent from me before messing with my board, he butchered it to the point of dubious repair status. Grossly incompetent and disrespectful of their customers property. Disappointment and a disservice to the name “honest”.

I gave my laptop to them and they ruined it. If cant do the job they must tell us HONESTly tell the customer that cant do the job. Not ruin it.
