Some employees do not treat customers with respect and inappropriate way of talking Especially the branch next to RAK Mall but i love tim

We were here at around 3am and the place is really spacious and beautiful. It has a separate section for ladies to sit as well.They follow all the covid restrictions and are very helpful

Very good choice, good service and good coffee.. Freindly staff.. Nice setting area.. Delicious sandwiches and cold drinks..I tried the donuts also and i liked it..I tried once to order the donuts via Talabat app but i received different donuts than i choosed.. I hope if they improve this part

Best branch in UAE. Great staff . Drive through option is amazing. I had to revise my review due to change of quality of ingredients, we have noticed a major change in the quality of Halloumi cheese and other elements ... most probably in efforts to cut costs
