I bought 2 pairs of shoes yesteday and came today and exchanged it. But the price of the exchanged items was AED 10 less and the lady at the counter forces me to buy another item saying You cant take the shoes eventhough I didnt ask for a refund of AED 10. She cited - transaction cant be made etc. Bad.

The staff are very rude answering costumer complains, even they dont know how to greet when you enter the shop as if they dont see you...

I am very disappointed in the services provided by their online store. Too much delay was there in the delivery and I needed to follow up several times to check on the status of my order. They would not even tell you whats causing the delay. You have to call them and ask. Despite the fact that I was calling them to know what causes the delay in my order --- no specific answer was given and they did not inform me that one of the items was canceled. They only sent me a credit note when the delayed items were delivered. That credit note being issued --- is not a guarantee of the refund, I still needed to follow up when the money is to be refunded to my card. They can not give an exact date, they only promised that I will be notified when the refund has been done. In one of my calls, I was told that refund will be done on that day and I will get a notification but until now I am still waiting. Very poor services.
