The food was great, the some staff were okay and nices, the location is okay, i just had a so so experience. while having my friend chicken with friends i suddenly got sore in my tongue, im not sure if its salty, so much seasoning or i just my normal body reaction to some kind of seasoning. Overall in terms of promotions, locations, taste and service they are okay.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I ordered via talabat with order number 460400594. The initial waiting time was 28 minutes then it was changed to 40 minutes after placing the order. Now, after waiting for 1 hour, as I post this, I still dont receive my order.I understand that it might be very busy at their store right now but a proper and honest courtesy will be very helpful for the customer waiting. Same happens when I dine in their store with my family, we had to wait for almost one hour.Its not a delightful experience dealing with your restaurant.

Worst delivery service, i ordered from 12:50pm till 2:30 my order still on processing, when i call customer service to follow up they still asking me to wait for another 15 to 20 mins. You have to improved Your delivery service and add more delivery man power so you will not tell your customer that you got a lot of orders and cannot accommodate all orders.

Chowking Manar Mall big disapppintment.. Ordered Chicken Luriat... Rice were at 26 degrees, chiken piece was at room temperature and dimsims were cold... Upon asking they said we were busy so its got cold..What a shame...this food was for my son...If i didnt check he would have consumed the food. Where are your saftey parameters... No reheating of the food though it was supposed to be fresh... Paid extra for water as meal was with Ice Tea which Was not served at all. Please do not expect us back. As on top of all this I cant bear the sarcastic look and impolite attitide of your staff... We did receive our food back after agian another 13 minutes..Regards,Mohsin

I suggest that you try to ensure that your online structure, maps etc are efficient. I got a call from someone from Chowking accusing me of putting my order to Chowking Ajman when I knew I pressed the map direction for Ras Al Khaimah. Sure do errors happen, but saying a customer does the wrong pressing... I guess that is rude. Make sure your facilities work accurately and properly before you start telling your customers they are wrong. You can not do the correction by talking faster and not listening properly to your customer. I believe using the map is easy and pressing the right location in the map is easy like pressing for the correct landmark. Disappointed.
