I’m interior designer, client decided to order everything from Rak ceramic. When I was working on design- I was fallowing web site,when we came to order to showroom half of the pieces are not available, half out of stock, and another half discontinued, if you want to check what they have go directly to showroom - don’t fallow web site, it’s not updated ( quality of the ceramic very good, but stuff and web site very bad ( disappointed(

No doubt that the products are of good quality but worts and rudest service you can expect from a customer services department.All staff where on their mobiles and when asked something you are treated as if you are intruding.Waited 2 hours to collect 8 boxes of tiles. No one has any idea who was first or in line.

Telephone handling and operator is rude. I called this morning 30/03/2019 at 11:40 am just to take an appointment and could not connect to sales directly since there was no answer (this was fine and understandable could be busy hour for the sales).Call was returned back to reception, I found tone of the operator was rude and it appeared that she is angry & frustrated, there is a way to respond. Someone should look into it from the management. First point of contact for your company not maintaining standard of communication for international company like RAK Ceramics

I bought RAK Ceramics and it was a very bad experience. Ceramics were all crooked, not straight and give very bad image to the space were put. Very poor quality, ugly service and generally speaking not satisfied at all.
