Polite and friendly staff. We took auto Mazda 3 clean and not old. For a day gave 275 aed, this includes insurance, a child seat, and the car itself. Auto provide with a full tank and comes back with a full one. Staff communicate in English only.

Basically friendly service, not very efficient (rental took 1.5 hours, the pre-reserved vehicles were not available (supposedly not from Dubai) which meant that we had to rent another vehicle.I actually am one of Hertz The car rental companies in RAK generally have the problem that the cars are delivered from Dubai, a reservation is highly recommended Driving in the UAE is not a problem, the traffic may be a little more disordered than in Europe and a lot of radar (speed comply)
