A very bad experience, very bad service , very bad quality .I called 15 time and every time they are closing the line , then they blocked me without answering one call . What a bad way to deal with customers, if u r busy just answer the phone and say sorry busy or closed .Will never call u a gain & will tell every body not to deal with you

We searched for this place when we were in RAK on a cold evening. We were so excited to have a sip of coffee or tea (as long as it is hot) but when we arrived, the staff said they do not have hot drinks.
