I booked an appointment at 11 for Haircut and blow dry. I have to wait for 30 minutes until 11.30 she was busy with another customer... why she not called me for another appointment later???? I was in time. The hair lady was ok, cut was good and friendly. Then I have to wait for the for nail lady... nobody knows when is coming ( I had an appointment at 12.00) ... she was there at 12.30, the hair cut lady offered me to rebook the appointment but hello I booked for 12.00 ????? And she was not there!!!! I’m not sure what’s the problem between the ladies but the the sympathy between the ladies was not ok....big problems. The lady was horrible...she was always away...I think smoking...to addicted to smoking maybe.... I’m just a normal customer I don’t know what’s her problem I don’t wanna ask, I tried to be polite and friendly... I was not feeling good. But I think she can deliver a good without her emotions....price was really good but not the experience... so sorry for the salon! At the end I just wanna leave and my nails are horrible....

A wonderful experience! I just discovered White Beauty Lounge & Spa while visiting Zoom, and I am so glad to have come across it. Great services, excellent staff, super clean, good packages! I highly recommend it!

This Parlour is a real gem. It’s super clean and they use clean fresh apparatus for every customer. It’s spacious and not over crowded. I have done hair color, hair cut, manicure, pedicure, massage, waxing here over a period of time. All services were excellent. Staff are very friendly and professional. Unlike some other Parlour they don’t do aggressive hard sell. The price while not cheap is quiet reasonable for kind of service and products used.

My former salon never reopened after Lockdown. I was told that Grace, who had handled my hair previously, had moved to White Beauty Lounge so I scheduled an appointment. I had not been outside my flat since March due to health conditions that make Covid-19 dangerous to me. I felt comfortable with the cleanliness and precautions in place. This is my new salon.

Good day to all. Today for the visit, my choice fell on a wonderful salon located in Ras al Khaimah White beauty lounge. I signed up for a hamam procedure and massage. I can say one thing: the staff is very polite, the salon is very clean, located in an amazing area. I am very pleased with the service and will undoubtedly visit them on a regular basis. I advise lovely ladies to visit and pamper yourself with just a sensual massage. Next time I will try other services.
