Danube has a variety of stuff for home furnishing but the staff has to be trained as they lack the knowledge of terms and conditions. At the time of purchase you would be promised everything but delivery is different. I bought a cabinet which was under warranty as per the salesman but later when I checked the bill at delivery it was not covered. I spoke to them over call and told that it was last piece and discounted too so no such cover was there . I literally asked him twice before buying and he affirmed that it was covered so please ask your staff to facilitate the customer properly not just to show salesman attitude.

I just bought this chairs couple days ago and once I set it at home it broken the materials that has been used for this chair is very weak APSA1097, and once the I would like to change it or to repair, they told me that it cannot be fixed and there is no an policy of exchange it was an nice building national company but lately they are trying to use people just to the business despite “ Quality “. I would like to advise to check any material before bought it Thanks🙏🏻❤️

After several complaints and a not so pleasant review, I called it THE DAY THE CAMERAMEN CAME On September 10, gentlemen arrived and took some photos of the made in China aka Danube purchased sofa. Exactly two weeks later and nobody called.

Nice store. Had a lovely choice of lights, bathroom furniture and garden furniture. All looked to be decent quality and good prices.Downside is its not easy to get into car park.Would help if signs were posted with enough time to manoeuvre into correct traffic lane.

I bought #Milano brand bathware set and they started #rusting and showing up #stains even before 6 months of use.Called and emailed them but they keep giving evasive answers & keep stalling.Extremely bad after sale service.One of their manager Amit Bangera was keep giving promises that he will sort this out and finally asked to remove all sinks, commodes, taps from the house Im living currently and asked me to ship it to them to see if there is any problem 😂 when asked how am I supposed to live (without going to toilet), he stopped communicating.See the pics
