Today I came to my car registration. I am new resident person and first time in Rasal khaima after a 20 years experience in other Emirates...really i appreciated to Tasjeel RAK Village..they all are doing outstanding performance. Each one taking very responsibility for costomer..☆☆☆☆☆

Tasjeel Auto village at the Enoc petrol station is the sole location available for vehicles testing in RAK. A comprehensive center for all relevant procedures, VIP services and motor insurance are also present. The entire process is quickly done (20 mins). Car wash, Starbucks and tire change outlets are in the vicinity. Open until 10pm on weekdays and Sat.

Went there at 7.30 AM on a weekday. There was no crowd. Persons at vehicle inspection as well as people inside office are very professional.Really impressed with the quality of service offered. Nice office and very good employees.

Here you can renew your mulkhiah . The car test is a must before proceeding with insurances and renewal of mulkhyiah.Even with the pandemic situation , today things went smoothly and didn’t wait for so long .The best thing is the VIP service available for those who needs urgently the card ( to be ready in the same time ) for a fee of 150 aed extra instead of waiting 3 days to get it through post .

Went on a weekday at 1pm. Was busy. There were 8 cars in the line. Lane 5. But got done within 45mins from waiting in car lane till getting my passing papers. Quick. Efficient. Inspection time was less than 4 mins in total (perhaps coz my vehicle was in good shape).Purpose of visit was passing for renewal. BTW they do need PCR TEST to allow you through.

Today 30/03/2021 at lane 5 around 3pm I had the worst experience with the horrible team who were responsible for checking the cars there. They claimed that my car chassis is not not approved to pass through while I told them clearly that the car is under my name around 4 years and I bought it like this and every year I renew the car without any issues and I put inside the car two old test reports to strengthen my claim but that didnt help because they did what they wanted to do and when I paid the 150DHS and get the report I went and talked to the Arabic manager and fortunately he was very helpful and he saw the old test reports and he correct the wrong report done by this horrible team. And after I went to get my new report I had to pay extra 50DHS for something I didnt make. So the horrible team make mistakes and I pay for their mistakes! Fine!!!And after I left the bay on my way home I heard the silencer/muffler making noise so I went to an auto garage which told me it needs 200DHS to be fixed because this horrible team put extra force on it moving it left and right untill it was broken.Now I lost 250DHS and so much time plus the panic they gave me when they insist to go against the reality that the car is in perfect condition and every year it went through without any problems.I hope these guys at lane 5 at the mentioned date and time get some punishment so the rest of the team will act normally with people.

It’s very spacious, also very fast service

It takes them a lot of time to test a simple car.Unlike before it will take you only around 10 mins but now atleast 30 mins for a light car.

Its first time experience for me . Renewal process is simple. Just do the testing here, and after new insurance online , can do the renewal also online in police website. First be there with serviced vehicle and be in drive-in queue. Have your original mulkia/ Registration card with you. Handover your vehicle to staff with key and mulkia, get your coupon. Go to the nearby office and wait for your turn . Upon calling your no. pay the amount and collect payment receipt , test result and vehicle key. Now process is over and you can leave the place. Fuel station, cofee, snacks nearby. For VIP service, everything will be done here, but for more charges.4 insurance agents are also there.

Great customer service

The official working system is quick and good but the vehicle testing system is very slow and it took me 2hours just to test the vehicle and get the result in hand. In 8testing counter only 6 were working and 2closed.it would be good if they open their other testing branch near manarmall again.

They not giving proper information i visited today and suddenly they asked for covid test before 2 days my friend visited they allowed him inside and renewal.. why like this ????

The place is good, they have insurance brokers, vehicle testing, etc but every service is currently only cash so better bring cash for insurance and other services. All the service are open until 9pm.

I am giving Rates 5***** Star because of Miss Amal Al Mazroui impressed me of her Attitude, how she provided Customer Service, the way how she is speak politely, friendly and most of things she is very helpful for others. She help others while some one is not understanding the procedure for Car Registration. In my 13 year 1st meet a Local and good heart Lady Miss Amal Al Mazroui. The location is not strategic and has no entrance other than Emirates Road and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach it. Only 4 out of 21 effective counters. Severe slow service does not rise to the lowest level of satisfaction. Standby time more than an hourBeautiful building and bad service.
