Great location, Bab Al Bahr isnt the best community at all, crazy utilities bills, very bad management overall by “Al Hamra”

Well maintained apartments, nice place to stay. But electricity and specially chiller fees will kill you.

This is a great place to stay, close enough to enjoy Al Hamra and Maddison’s with less fuss and noise. The pool is usually clean, on-site Zoom is excellent and all the staff, security and workers are friendly and helpful. I stayed there for 9 months in a spacious studio and apart from the dog barking and cat howling, I enjoyed a pleasant and restful time there.

Balcony was great. You can hear the sounds of the waves and turtles are popping up for some breathe. Highly recommended..

Its very nice community and buildings designed like Pyramids. Apartments sizes are very good. Apart from gym rest of the facilities are there.
