Building has a pool on the roof,ample covered parking,decent lobby. Best part is that the developer Uniestate keeps the building well maintained.

27 floor buildings.Most rooms are open kitchen.Affordable rent.(Commissions & miscellaneous charges are imposed and since it is managed by a real estate firm)It would be better if kitchens are separate and wash rooms are more specious.

I have never been more frustrated with living in an apartment before.Uniestate manages the apartments of RAK tower.Even though the building is brand new, there are countless flaws...The electricity falls out multiple times per week, the light switches are placed where appliances are supposed to be. The switch for the kitchen, is inconveniently located behind the fridge. They told me to move the fridge to my living room, so I can turn on the light in my kitchen.The elevators often dont work, which is very very very annoying.The garage parking is expensive and many times other cars will be parked in the parking spot you paid for, because the gates to the garage are always open, so anyone can drive into the building and just park in your parking spot, for which you overpaid. So, dont pay for parking, just find yourself a spot, no one cares at Uniestate.Every day cigarette smoke comes into my apartment from my neighbors. This is so disgusting! I wake up with a sore throat every day! Yuck yuck yuck.The hallways get cleaned with dirty water, and the elevators look disgusting every time I use them.Dont expect Uniestates employees to get back to you either. They wont! You will need to drive to the office MULTIPLE times for the same question. Often times Ive noticed the lack of professionalism at Uniestate.When you have an appointment with the workers to come fix something in your apartment, they dont always show up. Waisting your time will be something you better get used to.Overall, its not worth the money and headache. You will not be happy living here.
