Traditional Afghan restaurant with the touch of Arabic and Persian taste. They have very delicious food and competitive prices. They give free complimentary bread, salad, hummus and tea with your order which mean very welcoming restaurant. They have good friendly staff. Lots of space for sitting on tables and cabins privately. Easy location with plenty of parkings.

From one of the best madhbi(grilled chicken with rice) to succulent beef/lamb/chicken grilled platter. From tasty soup as a starter to spacious seating, Qasar Al Afghan has it all to cater your gastronomic needs.Moreover, conveniently located on highway with ample parking available. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

The place is well located on the main street. The interiors look fantastic with an aura of heritage. The decor is well maintained and arranged. Table and majlis seating available in the restaurant to accommodate a lot of customers. The menu is great and the best to try will be the bread, local Emirati curry and the grills. The bread was the best ever I had and blends well with the curry and grill. The chicken kebabs were very juicy and they also had elaborate side items which comes by default. This place should be visited whenever you are in Ras Al Khaimah. The staff is very courteous and pleasant.

We usually have our Thursday night dinners from there. Their mixed grill, arayees, tikkas are amazing. Pocket friendly. Their rice dishes are just average. There are private booths in which you can sit on the floor or regularly tables.

Worst experience ever, THIS IS THE LAST TIMEThe owner and staff all were so rude , they charged extra for hummus after saying it is free, that too 12 dirhams!!.. and their behavior was the worst, i paid for what i ate yea fine no problem, but even after that their behavior and they were so rude... Last time stepping in to the restaurant.

Very bad food. Got a takeaway. Tomato sauce was pathetic. It was just water mixed with old sauce. Not fresh. The lentil soup was tasteless. The mandi was not good taste either. Did not give any fried onions and salad.

Amazing place. Loved the food and the ambiance. Decor was a combination of Afghani, local and Pakistani art. Very nicely done. Sitting area was very clean. Salim from the staff was very nice and courteous.

MY WORST LAST EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. It was worst experience of my life in a very lavish restaurant where they think they are really professional but they dont have a janitor to clean up the hand-wash area. While on the other hand the person stood up next to counter was like wait 10mins and you guys will get the entry as it was completely packed. So I asked the waiter after approximately 14mins how long will it take and he said frankly it will take longer. Then the waiter asked which guy told, I told the guy in kandoora standing next to counter. I guess he was the son of the owner- I own this place. He was really disrespectful. When I asked again he said in his mother tongue that forget about these guys in an unmannered way like khali wali ( which meant these guys are not worth) you go and check out the tables. I asked him how can you tell like this ? He became rude and started insulting! We were there to eat ? So he said stay in your limits and then we left from there because I didnt want to smash his face. Worst experience dont visit this place if you care about your self-respect, Because they dont care about your. Constantly telling me that he owns this place, even if he own he doesnt know how to care for his customer. They should at least treat there customers well even if they cant keep the washroom clean.

PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!This is the worst restaurant, very rude staff. I called the restaurant first to see if they can deliver to my location, the guy said yes we deliver please order it via talabat app. When I did they cancelled my order, upon calling the restaurant the person was extremely rude he first hung-up on me, I again called and this time he said he don’t care and then hung-up again.

Im not much into Mandi/Mazbi, prefer more of the masala bhara Biryani but the Mazbi here was different than what Ive had at several other places. Tasted nice, Chicken was soft.The Lamb chops were well cooked and so juicy. Good in the taste department too.The ambience here is quite attractive than your normal Mandi restaurants, they got family rooms too.The only issue I faced was that after Midnight, for some reason, they dont accept cards...Only cash!

I Ben I’m the Resturant many times , food is good staff are good, sometimes the food is so perfect sometimes no, mistakes can happen, prices is little high for the food quality, worst thing sometimes they are lazy to cook, they only offer you some specific chicken what’s available only once your disappointed and you don’t find what you want and leave they will ask you to wait, and then come back and tel you it’s available, why is that.

Good but I feel there is something missing ...Tried the mutton biryani , isn’t bad but it can be better .Little more spicy and salty .The meat is small pieces full of bones.

The food here is just delicious ! Afghan grilled kebabs with mandi/madbhi options. Three choices of rice (Mandi, Bukhari, Machboos) too. Good place for a family to sit in a private room/space. Our go to place in RAK !

Best Food in Ras Al Khaimah, full value of money and quantity is huge. We ordered mix grill, it came with 3 big rotis, salad, hummus. Small mix salad comes with 2 roti, which is enough for 2 people. We usually drive from Dubai to Rak to eat here on weekends.

This place is hidden gem, We order the Family Combo Meal and everything was fresh, tender and juicy. Loved the interior and service was friendly. Only down side - Neither the Front of house staff nor the kitchen staff were wearing the gloves and had direct contact with the food. Would love to see Mutton Seekh instead of Chicken Seekh in the Combo.

Good choice if youre into Afghani simple dishes, the bukhari rice with madhbi chicken is their best seller and it tastes great. They offer an afghani soup along with a green salad complimentary. You can have a private cabinet if youre a family or just sit in the dining area either on a table or on the floor. I tried their hariees and it sucked! Staff are so sweet and friendly. Prices are so affordable, a full meal can cost you around 20 to 50 aed.

It was a different experience when we dine here recently. This taste is very unique unlike other mandis. The rice is flavoured and it gives a different taste for the dish.One notable thing is shops interior. We didnt expect such a classy interior inside, consider the exterior of the shop is not eye catchy.
