I loved everything about the Sky Tour, my 2nd time doing it and I will go back again. I remove one star because the pre sales service is non existent, you call about 25 times for them to answer your phone call. They need to up the standards in Admin department.

Great adventure where we tried the longest zip line experience in the world. The staff was great and made the experience wonderful and easy. The zip line has two section and the first one is where you feel your face is falling off from the velocity 😬. It’s approximately 2.5 Km long with a speed of 160 km/hr. It was an incredible experience.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Definitely one to try for the adrenaline junkies and/ or conquering any height fears. It starts with a beautiful drive to the location... and a lovely little trek to the location too. Not as fast as we imagined which turned out for the best so we could maximise seeing the views. Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and overall worth every dirham!

What an experience🤩🤩.. Flying without wings.. Initially was quite hesistant to try it out. Thanks to my hubby enjoyed it thoroughly.It was a bit windy on the day when we tried it. Swayed a bit.No nauseating feeling or ear block or stomach turning.. It was just a smooth ride.We were instructed of the dos n donts before being harnessed.We were there way ahead of our time slot, but still we were accomadated. It was quite breezy on the top.Free cold water bottles were provided when we had requested.Must try...

WOW what an awesome place to go even the journey to get there was an experienceFrom starting finish the whole experience that the Toroverde team delivered was exceptional.My whole family took part one who was only 11.All were very scared to start with one of them refusing to take part. But the guys were great and managed to get everyone on board.Wonderful day and possibly highlight of the year for the kids.Highly recommended it will be going back.

A great date trip destination that offers a different landscape and outdoor activities options. I tried their worlds longest zipline with the flying speed at 120 km over 2.5 kilometers. Its fairly well organized, and the zipline was fun which took about 2 minutes. Just go in comfortable clothes and sneakers, and they provide with everything you need. There was no restaurant, but they sell water at their check-in center, and you can also rent a gopro camera at 150 dirhams if you want to film your zipline experience. From the arrival until back to the check-in center, it takes about 1 hour.

Me and my wife had an experience of a lifetime at Toroverde Adventure Park Ras Al Khaimah. We went for Jebel Jais flight experience of the worlds longest zipline. The whole adventure was amazing and unforgettable. They have a very professional team and its fully safe and secure so no need to worry about anything. The views going down the zipline are just fantastic. Feels like you are flying like a bird.

Something to start with: THIS IS A MUST VISIT PLACE!They offer the longest and the highest zipline from the top of the highest mountain in Jebel Jais mountains series. The team is very friendly, the zipline ticket is inclusive of the gears and transportation to the launch pad and from the landing platform after the completion of the ride. They offer GoPro compatible helmets so you can either bring your own GoPro or rent one from them for an additional AED 150 which is a very expensive to be honest so you better get your own GoPro.Overall, very nice experience and I would do it again.

Where to start....?1... The reception and briefing was spot on... Friendly staff welcoming adrenaline junkies with their wonderful smile and greetings. 5 out of 52... The check-in process is very simple and as we already filled the online waiver forms, we didnt spent much time in getting our wrist tags. But there could have been some additional support to the GoPro cam rental as we had to wait like 10 minutes before I could pay and get a camera handed over. 4 out of 53... Harness and helmet was securely worn by us with the help of amazing staff... Everything was nicely explained and all our stupid queries were politely answered with a bright smile. 5 out of 54.... Journey from reception to the flight platform was smooth. Once we arrived at the pod, briefing was given about the flights well do. Giovanni and Anu are soo chilled and experienced that we felt like were in the most safest hands. Special thanks to both these brilliant brothers 💟😊💟 ... 5 out of 55... Overall flight experience is beyond words... I felt sky tour is much exciting as we can sit in relaxed position and enjoy the view of RAK mountains... Had this thrilling experience on Thursday 19th August 2021 with my buddy Jack. Thanks Jack for inviting me on this great adventure. The staff are polite, professional, friendly. Security and safety paramount so reassuring. To anyone reading this-GO DO IT Drive up through Hajar mountains is spectacular and if you are truly blessed then on a clear day you really can see forever. Thanks Costa Rican Ricardo for kitting us out, taking our photo and in your calm gentle manner instilling confidence that this would be a magical moment. It was. Thanks also to Osman from Egypt and his colleagues from Costa Rica and India who did final safety checks, hooked us up to the line, pulled the cable back and released us to hurtle at 160kms per hour down the Zipline - AWESOME.

If you are looking for an adventure, do the worlds longest zip line. 2.8km travelling at around 140km/h for about 100 seconds is a wonderful experience.Totally worth AED 300 for 100 seconds...BTW you can get discount coupons from groupon.ae or from platinumlist.netCheers...

Ridiculous to think a zip line exists between two peaks and even more ridiculous when you are on it. That said... What a rush!!!! Youll remember it for the rest of your life. Not for the faint hearted... It really is high 👍

I will first say that I hate heights. Like hate hate them. I saw tickets to this go on sale in Ramadan and for some inexplicable reason bought them for my kids and I. Maybe because it was 4 months away and I hadnt watched the videos online yet. I was questioning my sanity as we pulled into the parking area. THE ZIPLINE IS SO HIGH! I thought I might throw up in panic. Once we got to the second station where you get the gear, I started to feel a little better. Everyone was so attentive and professional, checking and rechecking the gear. Once we got to the flight deck, I actually started looking forward to it. Maybe it was because there is nothing really to give you a frame of reference as to how high it really is. We loved the experience and would definitely go back. There was nothing ultimately scary about it once you left the parking lot! RECOMMEND!

Amazing experience. Should try once in life. The price is a bit expensive but you can check for various credit/debit card offers before going. The 2.8 km zipline moving at a speed between 120 to 160 km/hr is a unique experience. Watching the mountains and valley from a height of more than 1000 ft will give you goosebumps. The staffs are very cooperative and friendly. If you are afraid of heights, I would ask to consider this as the first step towards fighting it.You reach to the parking available at the top of Jebal Jais and from there toroverde van will take you to the top point where the worlds longest zipline is situated. The first zipline ride is in the superman position and you will reach to a suspended floor in between mountains and there you hang on the zipline and move down. From there again another toroverde van will take you to the top and you give back all gears and go back to the parking in another van.

For adventure seeker, try the world longest zipline with the amazing view of Jebel Jais mountain.Be prepared the whole process might take up easily half a day if you are travelling from Dubai. There is a snack bar at the waiting area, prepare some light food and water to save some money.If you have a Action camera, do note that the crew will not be responsible if your action camera fell off during the flight. Your action camera will only be mounted on the helmet. They do not allow a selfie stick to be used due to safety reasons. They use a GoPro mounting piece is on the helmet, so Sony action cams user, make sure you have the right mounting. Those without, they do rent the GoPro camera at 130AED ( if I didnt hear wrongly ). I am not sure if they edit any footage for you, I do understand that you will bring back the 16gb microsd card.Enjoy the flight, enjoy the view!

Its probably the closest thing you get to feel like a plunging falcon seeking its prey.If you are a thrill seeker this is the place to go. located around 3 hours drive from Dubai. mountain road is very good with a few parts still under construction but no lighting so I would not recommend to drive at night on the way back.

The optium spot for an adrenaline junkie in the U.A.E region. It’s the longest in the world! Sound and safe. Tremendously breathtaking experience.

It was amazing, they could improve the whole process getting up to the actual zipline but the experience itself is well worth it. Dont use the washrooms at the parking lot, theres better ones on the observation deck. Bring your own gopro if you have it otherwise you are paying 135AED for one. Its better for family and friends to wait at the parking lot with the cafe actually so they can get better footage and leave faster at the end because the traffic congestion is a nightmare. I wish there was a way to let them know when it was my turn so they could take a video. Otherwise it was great, I felt safe and secure as staff seemed knowledgable. The sitting down portion is not as fun as the superman version because it hurts your fingers I would recommend wrapping them before putting on gloves. The whole thing took 2.5 hrs (whereas the actual flight was almost 9 mins of recorded footage) not including the drive up and down which is an hour each way so almost 5 hrs total which we were not expecting. Bring water and snacks and maybe a pillow for your family/friends waiting for you. Itll be a lot more waiting for them with not much to do.

They have the worlds longest zipline (Jebel Jais Flight) and a series of smaller zip lines (Jebel Jais Sky Tour). They are a bit pricy but check for their combo packages and offers on Groupon. A word of caution. Their customer service is below par. In fact, the 3 numbers listed on their website dont work or are not picked up. Also, please arrive 30 min before your scheduled slot to be suited in the harness, transportation to the zip lines (provided via shuttle) and safety briefings. Also note, there are no restrooms once you have left the main adventure center so plan accordingly. They are very strict with the height and weight restrictions listed on the website. The actual zip-line experience is over-whelming in the beginning but extremely safe thanks to the diligent and safety minded staff. It is a definite once in a life time experience.

Amazing experience of ziplinig

Pretty underwhelming. The most adrenalin you will get, is in the superman position waiting to take off. Otherwise its a slow ride across looking at soil and rocks with the wind blowing you side to side. Staff are great and really try their best to make it a great experience.

Terrible customer service. Hotel promoted free tickets, which was the reason for our trip to RAK. When we arrived, we were not able to redeem the tickets for the 3 days that we were there. Had to plan to return next weekend and again at the time of trying to book we were told it’s fully booked for both days. A total scam. Now we are told the voucher is expired as the one weekend they can take us is when we’re not around. After communicating to the company’s customer services, the attitude was very poor, argumentative and not helpful at all to resolve the situation.
