Wish I had read reviews before ordering from here as customer service is the absolute worst! It’s all good when you are spending money, delivery time is great but as soon as there’s an issue with an item you ordered, their true color comes out! The absolute worst customer service! From WhatsApp, email and phone calls, everyone just seems clueless! If u want fantastic customer service from a luxury brand curator, pls stick with MyTheresa, Net-a-Porter as this brand will eventually make u regret ever spending your hard earned money with them!!

VERY POOR customer service. Very quick to charge your credit card and send you the merchandise promising a free return if you dont like it. Brace yourself if you want to return your item.. they suddenly become disoriented and do not know where your location is and claim that they called you multiple times to guide them to your delivery address!!! they were able to deliver in 2 hours with absolutely no problem to my door step but have been unable to find me for the past 10 days since I have put in the request to return. I called them and after a long wait the representative was very rude, blamed me for not answering my call at 12:40 after midnight to give the driver the address and could not do anything... NEVR again!!!

I have been ordering from ounass frequently lately their quality o service is really bad !!! I have ordered 3 days ago and called sent messages for my order no action the call agent asking me if i want the item with stains on it !! Seriously !!! Anyway i won t order anymore they are having lately serious quality in their services. So unfortunate !

WORSE customer service ever !!They deliver your item in 2 hours .. and when you request a return, they ignore your whatsapp messages and email .. im still waiting for more than 2 weeks for them to Pickup my requested return item, but no response !!
