I ordered some filters from Ultra Pure through Amazon and paid a premium for 0.5micron filters. What was delivered were the regular 1micron filters. I returned the product the next day and was told that I would get a refund in 3 days. It is now 15 days and they are refusing to refund my money or even send me the correct items. I have contacted them 6 to 7 times now and have only got excuses from them.I would not recommend this company that cheats its customers ever.

Happy to get the my problem resolved by Ultra Pure. The team installed the RO unit which is Made in Italy. Recommend to all who want to use good quality RO and who are facing hair falling issue in UAE.

Excellent service and products. I have already installed full filters on my water tank at home to filter debris and chemicals but also added two RO systems for drinking water and for my aquarium. Always a breeze to work with them and products are too quality. Support is also very good by mail or WhatsApp whenever you need something like spare parts. I highly recommend them

We are so furious with the customer service/support we have been given since purchasing a fountain from this company. We have demanded to speak to a manager or another representative and our Sales Exec has refused to give us details! We do not feel that we have been heard or our issues dealt with sufficiently. I would definitely NOT recommend this company based on our experience.They claim that we havent kept up with maintenance of filter, but it has nothing to do with the water quality or the filter - it is a leak in the machinery. On top of that, they lied in their reply below to make themselves sound better to the public - we had the fountain for 4 months only before the leak happened and we have only been a customer of theirs for less than 18 months (not 3 years). Pathetic.

After several bad experiences of buying low quality shower filters from souq and other filter suppliers, finally i found this online store, they have wide variety of several types of shower filters and all are from good brands from US & Italy. Shipping was free and got the delivery within 1 day. After using the puriwell shower filter for more than 2 months, I am going to write this review to help people to find good quality filters, specially puriwell shower filter, which helps a lot to reduce my hair fall. I have no more fizzy hairs and the hairs are smooth and silky. I am going to buy 2 more puriwell for my sisters, as it will be the best give for my family.

Why are you not listing my problem . Please refund my money I was call many time your technical support team they was told me Okay we will come for attend your problem but no one come . I get problem White Spots, smell, not pure water when I was come Home same issue . You wast my money I will never suggest to buy Water RO system from DubaiFilter, rowaterpurifiers, you are ruining many website . You are trying to make customer fool but really you are . Thank you for breaching my Trust. I am very disappointed. when you will return my money ???
