BAD customer service. They promise delivery timelines of 5-10 days and then their emails say 12-14 days. Their customer service is unhelpful and it would be easier to bang your head on a wall to get the result you want. It seems like all they care about is your money.Buy from LIFE Pharmacy instead and save your self the MASSIVE amount of headache and stress.

As a new customer , i made my first order few days ago, and i did not receive my products nor any info until now, i emailed the customer service team but their response is so slow and it is not helping at all! This is very DISAPPOINTING and i would NEVER refer anyone to this USELESS brand !

I ordered my suppliments from myprotein.ae paid with card got a confirmation for my order and expected delivery, then now I received an email saying that the prices had a mistake and they canceled the order after I paid, so now not only I have to wait for my money if am still interested I have to go in again and search for all the 9 products I ordered and go through all this again, this is totally unacceptable and really harm the image of myprotein.ae I will be writing to the mother company because that is totally not the way you fix a mistake you made by harming your customers.
