Bad experience. Been there for medical test registration of my staff. They let me write my email address and my mobile number then they spelled my email address and mobile number wrong in their system. Which they cannot correct it anymore their reason it’s already submitted. The problem is that if they don’t understand what their clients penmanship they should ask and confirm before they proceed. Funny thing is they are in typing business and don’t know how to spell. And also they told me they will send the result via whatsapp I waited a week and received nothing! So I head back to them and AGAIN, they told me they will send it via email and will receive the next day but even 3 days nothing! Even their name though I got mistaken they are in Muhaisnah and their name is Muhaisina. 😣

One of the Safest typing center in Dubai Qusais, to visit during Covid times. +Free parking…..They are doing all kind of documents Clearing services for the Companies and also for the individual customers ( Labour ,Immigration,Emirates ID & Medical ,Arabic translation, Health Insurance, Visit Visa, Air ticket ,etc...).I am so happy with your Service ,Good Luck ,I will refer my friends, relatives and colleagues.

I visit this place only because I want to know about new trade license questions

This is the worst typing center in dubai ,the staffs are really uneducated and least bothered abt their client,they just knw hw to haress the clients for no reason.The manager Mr.Sahil hameed is the leader of this unprofessional team, he charged me double for attestation for my marriage certificate 800 dhs and he said he will do it in 15-20 days bt it was more thn 1 month he didnt do my work neither was he evn bothered abt giving me updates or proper reply.First he said my documents are in India and the work is nt getting done just coz the government offices are closed coz of covid its taking tym bt whn I contacted few of my sources in India they said that there was no such thing going on in India,then he told me my work was done he can gv me my documents in Sunday coz his office was closed for local vacation ,whn I called him on Sunday he again made excuses that he will gt the certificate by Thursday so he had no idea where my documents were, whn I again called on Thursday he again made excuses and finally more thn 1 month it took for me to gt back my attested copy of my marriage certificate which was half torn by them ,secondly neither he gv me any receipts of the money I paid him for the services he provided me .I gv him 1000dhs and he made excuses i am nt carrying money nw and he didnt return me the change of 200 dhs and till nw i.e 15th February 2021 he is going on making excuses,maybe he is doing a side income by fooling ppl in his companies name and putting the money in his pocket,I dunno who the owner is of this typing center. I really feel sorry for him for hw he is being fooled and cheated by his staff.So the moral of the story is there are many other good and professional typing centers in dubai who do their work in tym and at reasonable rates, so dont go to this unprofessional ppl who will cheat u and wont do ur work on tym. They take these types of work callously just for filling up their pockets nicely.

The staff is so rude that they even dont want to talk properly. I went 2 days with complete documents but the staff doesnt want to work , I guess.

Worst service. They may tell you to translate unnecessary documents from nearby typing centre. Please think twice before doing so, as it may not be needed.

I gave them my marriage certificate for attestation on 5th may now its 30may still it is in india for attestation.Because of lockdown at that time all other typing center said it will take 15dys but this muhaisina typing said it will be done i n 10dys i truated and it was a mistake now i m suffering for my babys birth certificate due to i dont have marriage certificate. Baby born also passed 30dys now i have to pay fines for late birth certificate alsoWrong commitments not good service

Even 1star its to much for its service.very poor service,only few costumers but have to waiting 1hour for free just solve how staff moving and laugh and busy with them mobiles. unprofessional rude manager who speaks poorly with customers and cannot manage employees he just busy with hem mobile full day and give only negative answers.Didnt try to organisations properly work.So many costumers leave with out service because tired from free waiting.Not recommended ameer service in Madina moll. his manager must be sent for training

These people are lair and just a waste of time. Information on phone completely different then when you visit them personally. They will tell you the person on the phone must be new and may have given you incorrect information. Take my word and avoid them. You will thank me for it

Just waited for 40mins to get new emirates id application service. Saw lots of employees on the phone rather than serving customers. Ultimately had to walk out rather than wasting more tym. I would not recommend this place.

Went to muhaisina typing center for the 1st time.. was attended fast by the staffs.. was there to get visa stamped for my infant daughter.. being 3yr visa the charges were 547aed for e-typing and 371 for Emirates ID.. dont knw the comparison rates with other centres.. may b helpful to others who wd like to cross check the rates.
