Team at ECH quite responsive. I had a few issues and spoke to the manager Mr Amjad Majeed who promptly agreed to meet along with his team to address the issues . Arriving in Dubai on a family visa, I was tired of staying at home and thinking I could do something on my own. I had no idea how to get government licenses. A friend of mine told me about ECH. On the day I went to their office at the Al Tawar Center in Kisais, I applied for all the licenses and got the full licenses within a week. Good staff Good manners.

The staff of ECH are the worst people. They quote different price and when you make license from them. They start giving you hidden expenses. And the worst part come after you make license with them. When the license is made then you have to followup like for 2 days as they will be busy hunting another customers, so they wont have time to provide services to you.

Very bad experience from Mr fawaz. He dont know how to deal with the customer for same purpose how many times i need to visit your office.

I visited this establishment and requested to have my ID scanned (front and back ). The first person who attended to me scanned only the front. I then told him that I requested to have both sides scanned . He insisted that this cannot be done . I attempted to explain to him that certainly an item can be scanned on both sides but he still refused . Then one of his female colleagues intervened and rather than attempt to understand what had taken place she behaved very condescending and asked why I was upset . She then said she will scan the document . After she scanned it she then told another staff member to send it to me by WhatsApp . I told her that I would like to have it sent by email and I explained that I received another document earlier by email as well . She replied rudely and said she was dealing with it now , but I am telling her about earlier . I found this very unprofessional. Most of the staff at this establishment appear to be very disorganized and do not seek to understand request/s and become very rude when you attempt to explain your request . The service left a lot to be desired.

Highly unprofessional. Does not respond to emails. Does not return calls. Extremely slow.Time taken to get the job done is loooooong.Example: g^lf company takes 7 days to get a certificate. With these guys the same certificate has taken 17 days and I still havent received it.As usual the reason given is systems issue after finally reaching out to someone.I saw another similar review of the team at Aster Hospital Mankhool. Highly very unprofessional, Do not come to this establishment at all. If there is negative star I should have given it. They will tell you to pay that amount and of course they have to give receipt but they are not giving, and upon talking they will tell you less price but upon payment they will charge you more most specially Mustafa the manager on charge. And if you didnt give the payment yet they will picked the call but once they trap you and get advance money from you they will never attend the call and will message you text only and they will see the message in whatsapp but they will never pick the call nor reply you. Never ever come to this establishment.

Oh god! one of the worst customer service i have ever met which is located in aster hospital even the manager never care about the customer needs, they are charging for new born baby birth certificate 560dhs/- and the actual cost is 200dhs/- so imagine how they are... And the worst thing is after paying 560dhs/- they say we need to wait gor 20days of time to get the certificate 🤭, i went my self to get the certificate i spent just 3 hours with attestation 🤣, if any one need more information pls contact DHA & MOH they will tell you simple step to complete the whole process.

The experience with EMIRATES COMPANIES HOUSE LLC was really bad. I submitted documents 1 week back for Birth Certificate of my child in Aster Hospital Mankhool. Today when i visited they haven’t moved not even a single paper with regard to it. Even after waiting at the hospital for 1 hour beside the counter still not ready. Not at all taking into consideration the present situation prevailing in hospital. Such a delay in services. I would never recommend ECH services to anyone in future!!!
