Very good greeting.Polite employee and very fast.They gave me karak while they were doing my work and i really enjoyed it.

All I wanted to do is change my mobile number for my Emirates ID. The guy at the counter charged my credit card twice, mispelled my email address, and after that he told me I can do it for free using the ICA MOBILE APP. when I asked him for a refund for charging my credit card twice, he said WHY WOULD I REFUND YOU? I left the this branch feeling confused as I have no idea if my number was changed and if I still have the correct email address in the system as he keeps saying check my email and I keep telling him I didnt receive any email, as I check the application he printed, my email address was mispelled. Anyways, in short, I paid them twice, he didnt want to refund me, and I have no confirmation my number was changed, and I have no confirmation that my email is fixed.My question is, how is it possible to have this kind of service for such a simple request. It is disappointing to say the least.

What a joke. They make you waiting for nothing because they dont care of ticket numbers, operator didnt speak english, there were people fighting and shouting in the room and finally they did my application wrong. They said there was a mistake on my identity number and told me to go to the immigration office. Instead I went to amer in karama and everything was fine. Do not waste your time stay away from this place .

Wish they accepted card payment because its a mess trying to withdraw cash. Typing charge isnt cheaper compared to other typing and information services. But otherwise,Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Welcoming and helpful and receptionist.Clear about the cost.Typing charge could be cheaper compared to other typing and information services.

Close to my work place+ Nice people+ usually its not crowded so you wont be in que- Sometimes theyre slow in process itself, but overall its good- I took normal visa which is with zajel, but they didnt inform me what to do next, due to that I was delayed 10 daysAnd zajel never picked up so I had to go by myself

Extremely poor service, not recommended at all. Got a ticket, waited 15 mins right in front of 3/4 staff free and chatting and none bothered to call ticket. Left and went to another nearby centre and got immediate service.

Lack of knowledge in processing visa applications! 15 minutes of job takes more than 2 hours that to with mistakes! You got to follow up constantly once any mistake happens from their side! Moreover very rude in receiving calls as well! Repented going there!

The worst service center ever from the staff to the manager, the employees have no experience at all, no respect for the customer at all. We submitted a complaint to the director without any interest, meaning he was even suspended in the line of the employee. And the employee Tani Counter on the right after entering the center does not have any respect for the customer, whether in dealing or manner of speaking
