Fathima is really good , simple and fast service. Not to forget Irene , the Filipina girl who is so friendly and accommodating.

We had a very short wait and were competently helped with minimal fuss. Its not the most attractive space but it does the job.

Only one counter for EID working in a huge center.such a disappointment

What a lovely people around. The hospitality of each staffs are exceptional and very much helpful. I was completely blown away with their speedy service when I went to process the family visa. Recommend to go this particular branch because of above said reasons and they opened until 11:00 PM. Convenient location for both metro and car riders. Free parking is available behind the mall.

They charged me almost AED 4,000 for visas I didnt ask for or need and say theres nothing they can do about it.Terrible customer service. They just dont care once they have been paid. I would recommend avoiding them and using any other provider.

Too bad really.. i reached at 4:45pm with only 14 people awaited.. and 4 counters are open. And guess what.. still waiting for 6 people in queue to be done in order to be served and the time now is 6:10pm.. really baaaaad.. it took them 1:30 hours to finish only 7 people.. that mean i have to wait another 1:30 to get served. They need to do something or shouldn’t operate if they are not yet ready to serve us.

Theyre generally good and professional. I just dont like the cost and to always pay for many things an many different ways. Otherwise Theyre pretty organized.

It took over a month to process my childs visa by dealing with a representative online. There was needless back and forth of which simple questions could not be answered. I had also sent all the relevant documents and they were not checked until a WEEK after I had sent them and had to resend them in a different format.There is no basic information online for the exact documents to prepare nor of the process involved which involved a massive waste of my time going back and forth.I tried to call the number mentioned below from the OnTime Team to lodge an official complaint and they could not even take my call.The only excellent service was from the courier company however not surprising as they are sub-contracted from Amer.

Its nice to be here with co operative staff to complete and process all kind of government departments applications including Tasheel, Amer and tadbeer services, there are DED counters but not functional. may be DED counter will open soon.

It was my lucky day to meet Mrs. Zahra Hussain Sulaiman at the counter 1. She made all possible and above it. And her professional skills are deserve a special compliment. Thank you for your great service. You are the best.

This branch is not busy. but lack of management. most typist are slow and they typing wrong details. how many times we waited more 1 hour coz takes long to entertain costumer. the costumer sitting in front of them still they talking to the other person.one thing is looks like they accept only easy applications. if long typing they ignore.the service is slow.

Having been let down in the al quoz Amer the Mazaya centre Amer did the job in no time and were great.

Today we had an excellent experience in this branch; all the staff were really friendly and highly professional especially Mrs. Kafah at the reception.We had experience with other Amer branch in Barsha few month earlier with a lot of trouble and confusion.We strongly recommend the residents to use Amer services at Mazaya Mall.

Im glad to share my latest experience with very challenging situation, I had my mothers expired visa with only 2 days left from the the one month notice after expiry date and i was lucky to deal with Ontime Mazaya center with Mr. Ahmed Nagib the manager of the center and the supervisor Ms. Sahar they were very supportive and fast enaugh to finalise my mothers visa within 2 days only they really worked hard to help me to get the visa stamped before the deadline and save me from paying any penalty , i was really surprised to have it done with this very short notice, surely will recomend them to every one for their professional way to deal with all knowledge in the process and request all documents once without letting me going and coming for several times as other agents usually doing. Big thanks for you guys you are really the best in your feild and surely will be your loyal customer😇wish you all the success .

Polite personnel but extremely slow, as it took me 3 hours to get entry permit for my dependents residency. I came again today to amend status, and currently waiting for my turn as they had only 2 people served in the past hour. The team needs training, and more counters should be open.

Very slow service. No idea about the process. Each individual sitting on every desk doing in their own way. Putting the blame on system...on their phones. Please go to another branch and save your time.

Well it not too busy maybe as it a new location, many parking available , close to the metro , nice staff , amazing location , many counters available , close to ATM , inside the Mazaya mall , and some coffee shops around, walking distance to city walk .

Honestly I don’t usually review,Staff here are very very slow, they take Hours to server, please speed up process, I visited this place two time, end up leaving place without service, place is not very crowded but staff are too lazy.And can you believe I came here to apply for entery permit and they forgot to scan sponsor’s residence visa which wasted my 2 days for no reason.Will never ever visit this branch again.

The best Govt. seevice center in UAE

Its so bad to come and visit on Saturday at 7:50 and come to know it doesnt open on this day. Although it is mentioned in Google map. If you dont open on Saturdays, then why you are not updated. Why you are wasting client time. And dont say any apologist sentence because its not worth. In 2018, in Dubai, on sheikh Zayed road, this center killed the reputation. Very embarrassing and worse.

Poor reception, long wait and ineffective staffAmendment: For the second time, the center is very bad and the staff is without experience and I do not recommend starting the evening period as there is one employee and after waiting for nearly 3 hours I did not finish my treatment !!!With my brother, he replied to my comment that I would call the number at any time and when I called, they would say Sorry, we cannot answer you now !!
