I have done my visa changes status for me and my kids visa renewal The staff are more friendly more helpfull about the process and proper assistance by work has been completed within an hour without waiting. Good ambience and well cleaned all covid related is maintained very well. I highly recommend this place those seeking for better centers.

Very helpful you no need to worry about the parking they have dedicated parking for the visitors and its very easy to go there and do your work done peacefully and calming.I suggest you to go their for all your immigration related works as no rush at the place and you can done your work in minutes. Amazing service! Me and my husband visited the place last night to apply for my new born daughters visa and Emirates ID. We were doubtful the place would provide service for us as it was already 7:45 pm, 15 mins to their closing time. But they did it with patience and dedication. They were so professional.

Petition request 285 aed ??? It is an application to request reduction of fines , yet u r charging 285aed only for submitting the request ???? Where is the mercy ??? At al aweer immigration it costs 180 aed only .. at Amer service it costs 285 aed ??? U need to understand that the more u pressure others with your high charges, the more Allah will pressure you, no wonder people are not going to amer same as before ..

Very poor service. My visa is having old passport number and I have new passport with me, I requested where can I go to correct it and ask for address. I didnt get any help.

I visited this place to apply for new permits for my children & myself under my wifes sponsorship.I was misguided with the following:They asked me to get NOC from notary public (which wasnt necessary)I went to Notary wafi mall & al barsha mall notary (wasted my time & money) there the notary refused to give me the document anyway.They asked me to get NOC for tenancy contract (which wasnt necessary) but I did & then they asked me to get marriage certificate translated in arabic & attested. I started to feel I am getting misguided & I had also wasted 1 week on this, then I decided to visit immigration office in Jafiliya which was closed then I went to Amer center in Jafiliya there they never asked me for the documents which Amer center CBD asked. I was so surprised. The Jafiliya branch processed mine & my kids visa without any hassle. Hence I am leaving a single star for giving customer wrong information & wasting his time & money.Secondly, I had visited this place with my wife (as she was the sponsor)1) we were asked to stay away from each other (due to covid-19) but we are husband & wife, anyway we did no questions asked.2) The security or the guy who checks the temperature at the door came to me and said Tell your wife to wait outside, she is occupying extra seat I gave away my seat & I stood up,He saidonly 1 person is allowed to inside the center, others have to wait outside as per the LAW, either you or your wife must go outside I was surprised to this & showed him the employees in the same center were sitting so close to each other & not maintaining precautionary distance, and during this heated convo with this person & random man walks up us asking what happened & why am I making a scene in the center?I asked him who are you? (which apparently hit his ego) he got instantly mad & started yelling I am the Owner (which was hard for me to believe) Then I said alright, let me tell you what happenedhe said I dont want to listen to you I will call the police I will cancel your token angrily this gentlemen had clearly lost his mind with zero customer service, zero gratitude towards women, instead of apologizing to my wife for kicking her out he went on screaming, which anyway resulted not getting the service I went there for.I am as a customer deeply dissatisfied with Amer center CBD & the man whoever this guy was claims to be the owner, Owes me & my wife an apology.I do not recommend this place, for 2 reasonsyou will be misguided, & you will not be treated with respect.Hope this review helps,Thanks
