I’ve been to many Tasheel’s in the past 2 years, and this is by far one of the WORST one in Dubai. I’ve never seen a place so unprofessional. Everyone working here are doing everything from drinking Soda to watching movies but the work they are assigned to do. I took a token and waited for nearly 40 minutes even though there was hardly anyone in the place. Quite stupid of me to wait here for that long.Everyone are so relaxed with their work here as if the customers have nothing else to do with their lives.You can never call this place a government transaction facility. Some coffee, snacks and light music and this place would be the best cafe in town.We Starbucks, Costa and now Tasheel Al Reaya!Pathetic. With The time I waited here I could’ve been to Oman.

Worst possible service I have got recently from them.I had been their customer 2-3 years but not anymore. I have put my family visa for hold paying deposit of AED 2500. At the time of refund staff does not know the process and i am still struggling to get this money back. I tried getting this money online thru website it has strange error messege. It might be technical glitch but the staff doesnt even bother to look at my issue. I have been told to go immigration jafiliya, manara, al kifaf center, al twar, Amer mazaya center. Which i went but no luck. All centers sent me back saying that i can only apply for refund from center where i make initial request. Finally after wasting 3 days i came back to center just to hear this it was a technical glitch. Where is my money how I can get no one has any clue.Pathetic service from one of the most reputed name in the market. Totally disappointed..!!

I am so disappointed, doing my transaction on feb 27 2021, really they did not give me the copy of the transaction of the nawakas which i ask her on the counter number 10 , 15:13h. She told me it was on her system which i am not convince i saw her she did not do the scanning for my document, i double check on my system it was no nawakas done in our apps. you should fired this kind of employees in your center which is not good in the business she is not doing her job properly, i went in another tasheel they scan it and i have the copy.And in our mol apps ut show the transaction nawakas.

Prices are really high when it to doing any application work. They should consider lowering the prices so that it benefits the other businesses also.

It’s a Tasheel Centre providing all MOHR, GDRF, and DED related services. There are a lot of counters to serve the customers which make wait time almost ZERO even at rush hours. Excellent customer service as they are experienced, cooperative and very helpful.The centre is in very good location in front of Oasis Mall with plenty of available parking.Moreover, there is Tawjeeh Centre very near.

This small building including 3 essential government centers, Tasheel for ministry of labour transactions, Amer for immigration transactions,and business center for typing all transactions and also there is a lawyer for legal Advice, the only problem is about parking as only a limited paid parking area by the center but the good thing that there is Oasis center on other side of the road with huge parking area outside which is free and basement which is free for mall customers .

Just left the place without completing my work because of the attitude of the bold man who is in the reception. He is rude and disrespectful. No one wants to pay and insulted at the same time.

Horrible people in amir Centre. Rude and pathetic attitude. The lady with ID 5189 treated me like I was begging for something. Not that she did something wrong but her questions and answers were like I am some sevond race human in this world. Totally pathetic attitude for sucha hefty fee.

I would have given 0 if possible for Al Reaya AMER service. Despite providing all documents for a new visa, this is the 3rd day with comments from GDRFA on missing documents that were already handed over and my daughter has to fly to her university in the next couple of weeks. Their customer service is useless with no follow up or updates given. Holding time for each call to get through is 5 minutes minimum and the people who handle the calls only know to tell they are sending system reminders.This is after charging at least 50 AED more than other Amer Centers.I never thought a government affiliated organization would be so irresponsible and hope Dubai Immigration department can look into this matter considering the bad reviews this facility has received.

I had less money on e dirham card. Staff didnt inform cost of transaction. Moreover ATM not working. Had to rush to nearby mall. Cashier is rude and idiot. Doesnt speak nicely and dont deserve this front desk job and he didnt give my change which i forgot to collect from after my transaction was processed. I had come back again to collect my change. Very annoying.

Brunch AlQouz is expensive I made application for Emirates ID in brunch AlQouz 324 AED and another brunch 271.5 AED how this ?!! It should be fees the same price

They messed up my wifes application for Emirates ID and put 2 years instead of 3. They also put the wrong mobile number. The Emirates ID was declined. And guess what, they want us to pay again. Dont waste your time and money!

This place providing a very nice service we are doing all the labour ministry documents and also they are doing documents for immigration plus Emirates ID service and medical insurance and translation

Service is quick and good without long waiting timeBetter not come with a car if youre coming after 8:00 AM cause you wont find parking places, otherwise, park in Oasis Center parking ( which is extremely busy as well ).The earlier you attend, the easier you will find parking and less waiting time.

Not supportive at all!1 page from my labor contract was missed to be scanned, then after resubmitting it, another page from House Rental Contract is missing & i live in Abu Dhabi! So i have to travel all the way for the pages missed to be scanned by the staff....No help from the operations department at all!Call center tries to be helpful as much as they can, but again, no answer from the operations as per the call center...Most probably the last time to deal with this services center....

Avoid at all costs. Ive never seen such disregard for customers like Ive seen here. The guy at the reception refused to look up from his whatsapp group conversation. He kept scrolling through all his chats and not once did he look up at me. If he was playing a video game or watching a video - Id understand the distraction - but reading Whatsapp chats? Is Management even aware what their people are doing? Read all the other reviews here - save yourself the headache and go to any other service like the one in Al Khail Mall or Manara Centre.

Obviously not the best service with so technical advancement. Poor approach and careless attitude. Need to go again and again for their mistake of not uploading second page of the document for entry permit visa. Again went because its my work, but they uploaded the document for my wife file and forgot to upload for my son file.. no definite way to contact them, they dont share their email or phone number. no reciept on second visit of what has been done..Inefficient staff with great gadgets bring nothing in hands.

It’s was very very bad experience ever in my entire life going to al reaya besiness service! The supervisor named Abdurahman was very meant and the price is more then triple to other places. The application I use to do it for 32dh they were charging me 105dh which is very very bad!

Very poor Amer service operators are freshers and dont have ability to submit complete application.We had to visit 4 times to submit 1 application and even than it was incomplete. Finally we haf to visit other Amer service center at al fifaf jafaliya.I

So quick, fast and comfortable

Poor service. Endless wait time. Higher charges than any local typing centre. Charged Dh 275 for file opening as against normal charge of Dh 250. Charged Dh 475 for visa fee as against Dh 430. Ended up paying Dh 750 for something I could have done for just Dh 680. Promised visa on email in 2 hours, been 24 hours but nothing yet. No one responds on the phone numbers. Any regular typing centre is more promising than these guys sitting in a Tasheel centre.

Best and smart Govt service center, almost all govt services under one roof. Near to Oasis center, Al Qouz.

The worst experience ever going to al Reaya business service, unfortunately the staff are not trained at all they don’t know their job, each staff asks his colleague for help at the end no one can handle customers needs. Every time I go their they tell me the system is down. You need to go 100 times for their mistakes.
