Been trying to reach to someone I can discuss my inquiry for a corporate package, hence, the lady on the other line interrupted and said one second, then transfers me without saying anything. Worst thing is, the call got dropped!

Such a pathetic service i have ever experienced. Nobody will receive your call, nobody will reply your email. you put reminders but no one will be bothered. Zero out of 10 for B2B portal.

Terrible experience! I was asked to come to the wrong pickup location, and when they failed to pick me, they offered said a reschedule but not a refund even though I was flying out the next day. :/ I have written to DubaiTourism making them, hoping I get a refund of AED183 for the Abu Dhabi city tour with tickets to Lourve Musuem. But its simple not acceptable that they get to ruin my one whole vacation day!

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS TRAVEL AGENCY,STAFF WERE NOT SO GOOD,LEFT THE GUEST IN THE MIDDLE,they are juss concerned about the money,if nyne is planning to make a packge with them please do not plan to beacuse they are not trust worthy,they dont pik calls they dont make good terms with hotel they take advance n dont pay for the extractions due to which ur day is spoiled....experienced bad trip with them
