I dont know they are scammers. Or someone that pretents to be working there took money from my visa. And they will not reply to any phone calls ir email from me. So the answer is they are scumbags.

Tried reaching them they are very unresponsive, made me hold on the call and dropped I probably believe they have no enough information.

Total fake company. Dont buy any pack from him .I booked Safari dated 3 January 20 , they charge 1092 , pickup time 2.30 pm but they picked up 3.30 pm also Mr.waqas send me with wrong car. That car for another tourist. After one hour that car driver leave me return to the hotel. Then again he arenged the car for me. For the evening Safari I reached at 7 pm. & 7.30 will all finish.also they dont know about car driver. This also not safe for tourist. I told to Mr. Waqas Ahmed but he not agree to give me senier contact number. From last 5 days I go to his desk but always he told me I will talk with company. But no solution received from them. Rayna touriesm is not safe for touriest. They only making money & cant accept there mistake. Please be really careful if you are dealing with them as their manager Mr. Jatin is only concerned about taking the payment. I would get reply from him after days and he would say that it is my choice to report him if I want. Extremely unprofessional management and you cannot even get any refund.
