RTA it is very good and success and everybody was very nice very good service very good facility and everything available with the RTA they are really success and they are doing very great job and they have all the facility all the vehicle only more andy do always a good stuff On also we dont have to forget DTC that mean this is the company who have almost fifty percent of the cub in the street they are very friendly are very lovely people and the giving a lot of training to the taxi driver u can imagine commitment to excellent to handle complain Hygiene training so really i love the taxi in dubai they are very friendly safety safety driving do you have really good facility and they are really success thank you to all the people behind that 👍👍👍👍👍

The agency is easily accessible, the staff are very accommodating, friendly and efficient. The facility is easily accessible even for the physically challenged with wheelchair access placed at key points. All related services are within reach and as a bonus you get to see how they take care of the DTC taxis which is a plus.

RTA is lifeline of public transportation in Dubai. Rta is really very comfort easy secure and safe way to travel and always updated his services.RTA is Most important part of Dubai public life.

No description on website if the place would be closed on Friday and Saturday. One important point missing is for bus fine payment window opens only between 7:00 hrs to 13:30 hrs, Sunday through Thursday. There is no provision of payment doing online.Tocken system and good parking area.

We took a taxi from Grand Mall Dubai to Mall of Emitates it usually costs around 30-45 UAD. Our driver was on the phone the whole trip. His counting device was turned on another app so we couldnt see how much the counter was showing. When we arrived he told us in a hurry to pay 94 UAD . His english was terrible so he could not explain very well why we need to pay 94. Later we saw on our receipt that he drove 55km but everyone knows this is impossible since our trip lasted 20 minutes.Be careful with this taxi firm and always watch your receipt!! We started at 15:10 and finished at 15:30.We called the support service and sent a reclemation.This is the drivers taxi number XA903!

I love taking the bus seriously i feel safe riding a big vehicle in fast and busy roads in Dubai. The main problem is the bus timing is not always followed. And most of the bus sheds do not have working A/Cs.

The melting pot of the world, Dubai. With that comes a lot of responsibilities on the authorities to execute periodic campaigns to teach the general public (not the elite expats) who uses public facilities like Metro, Bus, Taxis etc. In the case of Metro, I wish RTA does a video campaign or an ad where it shares some etiquette on the metro. For example the push and pull in front of the doors on the metro, when there will be enough room inside. Use of backpacks to put it down while travelling. Install air-fresheners to negate the sweat smell, or if thats difficult ask the commuters to be thoughtful of the co-passengers. These can easily compiled in short 30 second messages that will make a big difference. Im sure there will be a bunch of sponsors who will be ready to collaborate and execute in all major languages of the common commuters (English, Arabic, Bangla, Urdu etc.)
