Excellent service. The team is quick and efficient and provide their services on time and sometimes even before. We never have to send out reminders. We had issues with the translation in the beginning, but after providing them with feedback, they have taken it on board and always done a good job. Would highly recommend them!

I wanted to collect Hard-copy of the translated document and I tried contacting them using the phone numbers they have mentioned in the letterhead. They have shared bogus phone numbers in their official letterhead which do not exist or are not in use currently. When I called the cell number that was mentioned there, the person who received it had no idea what Torjoman Translation was.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! The translation we requested was absolutely pathetic. Not only was it incomprehensible, they basically copied and pasted phrases into google translate and sent it back 2 weeks past the deadline date. Their team is not based in Dubai (they are in Egypt). Mona, their business development manager is a liar, will not respond to calls or emails and especially not to our refund requests. They are incompetent frauds and I highly recommend not to waste your money on this shameful company.

I approached Torjoman to translate my driving licence from English to Arabic and also a letter. Basic stuff.I uploaded these documents to the website and paid straight away.I received a receipt and confirmation that these documents would be returned within 2 days.35 days and counting and I am still waiting. I have continually been in touch and was asked to re-submit...still nothing. I have just cut my losses and approached another company.Terrible Service, dont use.

Terrible service. After informing me that my translated document is ready for pickup from 9 am to 6 pm, I was left standing in front of their office in DIC from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, because it was closed with no one in the office, in the middle of the workweek, and with no one answering my phones or emails until now. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, I definitely don’t recommend using their services.
