I want to express my extreme gratitude and satisfaction at qualitative customer service, and share niceness of their staff. We were much scared with almost impossible deadline to submit the translation but they helped us on time. Thank you for hiring these two treasures. Dear Lina mattar,I would like to draw your attention towards your false comment with proof of attached screenshot.We had sent quotation with the request to send the name spells prior to start the translation. We clearly mentioned in the quotation that if you failed to send the name spells, we will not be responsible for any inconvenience.You did not sent any name spells, based upon this you are not entitle to make any complaint as it was your mistake.In order to provide good customer service, we received your request to change the names as per passport after submitting the translation. Although it was additional task, we did as per your request and had provided this task free of cost.Regarding, your comment on project manager will be considered as a childish act and will not be entertained.You told lie and behaved rudely with our staff. We would suggest you to go back to school and learn basis ethics. Become respectable and We will surely honor and respect you.

They provide quick and qualitative translations perfectly on committed time. I would suggest all to contact shaikh dated road office for their all translations requirements.

This company deserves no stars at all. First of all, they translated names in my document without asking for passport copies to write the correct name spelling and just sent me the file. When I asked for correction and for the names to be corrected according to the new spellings provided to them, they told me that they have attached the Word document and that I can correct it. I corrected it and guess what? They send me the uncorrected file! I submit that out of trust to the concerned person to come back to me saying that the names are still wrong! I go back to them to tell them this with frustration and disappointment and all what they do is speak to me who is the customer in the rudest way you can ever imagine and interrupting me while I am talking and it has reached to the level where the Project Manager who definitely does not deserve to be an office boy to hang up the line while I was still talking. Please if you want your documents to be translated smoothly, do not use this companys services ever because this company only deserves to exit the market.
