For the most part the trailer is good for what you are paying for. My major issue is the after sales service. After purchasing the trailer i noticed a number of small little issues that needed addressing including one major issue involving the rear spare tyre bracket rubbing on the rear of the trailer and rubbing through the paint. Orbit was happy in the beginning to respray the damaged area and fix the small issues, but did nothing to repair the bent bracket. In fact they accused me of bending the bracket initially. After we agreed I didnt do this, they assured me they would find a solution.That was 5 months ago and still nothing. I have in fact fixed the issue myself by replacing the incorrect sized bolts and nuts fitted by Orbit and will have an external company weld in a support brace after the bracket is straightened. (at my expense). Its a good trailer dont get me wrong, just really poor after sales service. 1 star for service and 4 for the trailer.In response to you reply, your accusations of me leaving the tailgate open are just 100% false. I drove the trailer from your workshop to my house and the problem was evident. The photos I have sent you show a clear bend in the tailgate with no impact damage, which you have stated yourself in your reply would be replaced by the manufacture, so enough with the false accusations.Yes you resprayed the damaged paint (even though it was originally powdercoated) and I appreciated this (despite it being a common service any company would provide if their product was faulty) , but again the bent tailgate started rubbing through the paint. I have made modifications to stop the rubbing and even tried to help you for any future issues by telling your team about the difference changing the bolts and nuts has made. Another major issue is the simple weight of the spare tyre bending the tailgate.The after sales service can be improved simply by acknowledging someone when they enter your office and not dismiss them like you did the other day, having your support staff and yourself return messages, notify the customer when a part you have waited 5 months to arrive actually arrives (trailer cover), give a follow up message to say hey, we havent just forgotten you and we are still working to solve your issue. Its simple customer courtesy. Maybe even after reading this review you could have privately contacted me on the phone to discuss.Anyway, we wont be able to agree on the circumstances surrounding my issues, so wish you all the best and like i said i do enjoy your product, just not the after sales service. Sorry it came to this public complaint system.
