I have obtained a policy from Qatar insurance and was entitled to vehicle testing service as platinum member???I booked the appointment on May 4th for May 19 and nobody turned up the whole day. Had a morning call from AAA call center confirming that driver will come before 3 pm andFinally, a call from driver at 4.45 pm just telling me that he was very busy whole daySince it was the last day for my car registration, so I had to rush to testing center myself to complete itI do not know why insurance companies make us pay to pathetic services of AAA when then do not deliver any.I will never recommend AAA for subscription to any one after my experience

Met with an accident on Thursday night and My insurance covers AAA roadside assistance. Contacted them on the 24/7 emergency contact number. no one attended even after waiting for more than 30 mins. After that i contacted a 3rd party recovery from google adds and they arrived in 10 mins.

AAA provided a worst roadside assistance to me. Such a terrible experience I had with them. They sent a non professional mechanic during breakdown/flat tyre. I had a flat tyre in the month or November 2020, upon asking for a roadside assistance they had sent a driver who did not had any experience of changing the tyre and had actually damaged the lower part of the car. After that I had a nightmare first of all to escalate this issue. Somehow got in touch with their supervisor (Jacob) who was again a lazy lad who never use to respond back and just kept on making false promises. I finally gave up in January 2021 after two months of follow up and my issue never got sorted out. The way their supervisor handled my case shows how non professional the company is. Total fraud company.

Complete waste of time and money, the worst ever experience of my life I had with AAA Roadside Assistance.I wish there would be star rating in negative so I could have given in -100Just an advise, don’t attempt it if you care about your money and yourself.
