The agent named Ahmed was very helpful all through out the process. The turn around time was quick and provided me with all the necessary information for the visa processing. Their pick up service was excellent as they managed to pick it up even if our office is quite far.

I had a terrible experience. I told them I had an urgent need for a Chinese visa for my nanny. They said 3 business days for express service. I took all the documents on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready on Sunday afternoon. They called me a few days later and requested another document. I called and WhatsApped daily for updates after it wasn’t ready on Sunday. The lady told she would get back to me each time I asked for an update and she never did. Finally on Thursday, (7 business days later), she said it was ready. The office was closed for holiday, but she told me she would be there between 5-5:30. I showed up just before 5:30 and waited 1 hour for her. Once she arrived she was on her phone for the next 10 minutes before she helped me. I asked if I could pay the normal 5 day visa fee because I paid for express service which took 7 business days. She told me no. I asked what the express service gave me. She just said if I want the passport I need to pay. She handed me my receipt without looking at me or saying anything. Her customer service was terrible and they should not make you pay express service when it takes longer than normal service. Will never use or recommend again.Response to Owner,I’m not sure what is “funny” about it. I can’t even use the visa now. I told them it was urgent. That’s why they guaranteed 3 business days before I agreed to the service. It took 7 business days. That’s why I asked for a discount after it was stamped.

First agent i spoke with was rude, had to change to another one.Second, visa wasnt accepted for me and another persons due to missing documents. When I asked wether they had any successful experience with that country they were like yeah but they always send us same response when visa is rejected, they dont seem to know what they are doing.They took full fees even tho it was their mistake.When I asked for the visa application to do appeal, they told me the representative who applied is sick and we dont know his password and some other unprofessional responses were said. And i couldnt get it.Definitely dont recommend this company to anyone. Very dodgy

In the beginning i thought this is not real because it is too good to be true... but when i called them and their driver came and collected the papers for the Visa, and when the next Day Karen from customer service called me to say application is submitted, then when the agreed deadline approached Sumaira from customer service called me giving me the good news that Visa is out.... i laterally had ZERO effort in this Visa Thanks to Zabeel Star ... I had a worst experience with them for visa. They promised that they are expert for documentation and will do the best to get visa. Unfortunately because of documentation the Visa got rejected & i lost all money for visa, flight tickets and Holiday plan in vain. Even after giving them supporting document for visa rejection which shows clearly that they havent done documentation properly, they are least bothered to accept their fault and not providing the solution. Please be vigilant dealing with this company & check everything properly before you pay them full money, because it is never going to be back.Lastly i would say they are not the experts when it comes to critical Visa applications as they are careless in documentation. Customer Satisfaction is at its WORST!!

Shocking service. They made an appointment to drop the passport back at 10.00am knowing I was flying that night. No call from the office or the driver. Flight had to be changed at my cost & then charged for a pick up and drop off service! Avoid, avoid, avoid! The final service I received from the agent who took my case at the end it was truly 5 star service, I got my China business visa after two days with the urgent procedure. They came to my residence to pick up the documents and they delivered the passport with the visa in time.PLEASE NOTE: I do though mark only four stars to highlight the fact that before being taken in charge by the last Agent, I did have a dangerously inconsistent interface with another one who nearly compromised all my chances to get the visa in time. I contacted Zabeel few weeks ago to prepare well the visa application because I must spend most of my time travelling therefore I could stay only three days in Dubai, so I asked the first contact agent to help me to prepare this well. he ensured me that it was going to be in control. I called him the day before my arrival he suddenly seemed to be evasive claiming that maybe they were too busy and not giving me any reassurance. He knew very well that I had only three days and I could not change the flights. Desperate I asked to talk with another agent who finally secured the process and acted responsibly and reliably. So I know that Zabeel has some 5 stars service agents and at least one who is less than one star.

I request everyone here to be cautious while using the service of Zabeel. We have requested their help to withdraw a passport on a medical emergency, but they were so IRRESPONSIBLE and INHUMANE. There were no response to my calls and message. Earlier, we have requested for Egypt visa but they stamped Ghana visa. I would suggest you to be extra cautious while dealing with them. My experience with them was a nightmare and worse. Now it is up to you!

I had a wonderful experience getting my Egypt visa done from the Zabeel Star. It is not very often that one has a good experience getting visa procedures done. Unlike others, the Zabeel team asked precisely just the set of documents required when I called. I preferred visiting the office personally as I wanted to see for myself if I am handing over my passport to a professional travel agency. The team is warm and friendly and they work with an intention to assist the best way possible. They seem to have a desire to provide the best customer service. The Visa fees were very resonable and the Visa was handed over to me on the promised date (just within 5 days) and the email and message alerts keep me updated. I wanted to collect my passport and visa once it was ready and the gentleman waited in the office for an extra half an hour after closing time, just so that I could collect it that evening. It has been a positive experience and im sure Ill contact Zabeel Star for any future visa and travel requirements. Keep up the good work.

Honestly i was disappointed by Zabeel Star T & T due to poor communication with customer (Me). I was waiting for updates for my Hong Kong visa which took almost two months now! I took visa from them in March, and I paid AED 310, but in August when I tried to apply for same visa, the girl Sumaira ask me to pay AED 350, i don’t mind to pay 40 dirham extra but her behavior was so rude and she was shouting on me that I have generated the invoice, you have to pay this amount and I showed her their online check out where total was coming as an AED 313 inclusive all charges. I want someone from senior management to contact meVery bad service, kindly send sumaira to learn about customer dealing.Will never recommend Zabeel

Me and my boyfriend, showed interest to issue our visas for South Africa through Zabeel Travel Agency, and we were directed to work with SOMAIRA. and We had faced the worst experience with her service. She was too pushy, she havent informed about any additional fee before we paid, only AFTER, Somaira she told us that we just had to pay 741.1 AED plus VAT and that EVERYTHING was covered. We came to know from one of her emails of an extra payment, the visa fee which needed to be paid by us on top of the initial fee, at this point it started to feel like an scam. ONT TOP OF THAT: SHE HAD ALL THE DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS NOC AND ETC... AND SHE PROCEED ALL OUR TICKETS, SHE BOOKED US APPOINTMENT WITH THE VFS GLOBAL, KNOWING THAT WE CAN ONLY PROCESS OUR VISAS ONLY 1 MONTH BEFORE... but on the NOC she knew the dates that we are almost 2 months away and SHE ALSO PROCEED OUR TICKETS, and she knew our dates and the rules of Visa Application. WE CONTACTED HER MANAGER AND WE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ANSWERS, AND OUR MONEY BACK. WE PAID FOR NOTHING, THEY TOOK THE MONEY KNOWING THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED THE VISAS.... THE VFS GLOBAL DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT OUR APPLICATIONS BECAUSE THE DATES WERE NOT CORRECT, YET SHE TOOK THE MONEY, AND PUT US IN SO MUCH STRESS.
